membengal
1. 97% sure I can make the necessary arrangements for work, kids with a sitter etc., to make the sojourn from Memphis to Georgetown once again for the mock game/scrimmage on August 3rd and August 4th with the missus. Just two fantastic days, from past experience.2. Have decided this is a good year to introduce the kids (12 and 6) to live Bengals games, and have purchased four together on StubHub to the October 21 game against the Jets. Cannot wait for them to experience their first game.Camp is 13 days away.Like sighting an oasis in the desert...Peace.---Aaron
Ox
That's awesome, Mem. They'll love it. You should swing through Lexington while you all are here and take them to see the new Transformers. I Highly recommend it. And in my opinion, this has been the longest freakin' offseason ever.
HoosierCat
Amd in my opinion, this has been the longest freakin' offseason ever.Funny, I was thinking the other day that the time had just flown by. It seems to me that it's only been the last couple weeks that have been really dead and dragging, but that's true of the NFL in any year. Ought to pick up next week when the draft signings start to trickle in.

The Jet fans who frequent this site during the week our teams meet are usually very classy, well mannered, and knowlegable about football kind of people. The complete opposite of their New York brothers from Buffalo. Talk about a gaggle of a$$hats!

kenyon1977
THat's awesome. I can't wait for my boy to be old enough to appreciate a live game. This year my wife and I are going on our honeymoon finally after 8 years of marriage. We are going to the week2 game in Cleveland and staying at the Ritz Carlton ina suite. I had to work 90 hours of overtime to do this but it will be worth it. It's like being the house when people are betting, a sure win to make the weekend freakin sweet. bengal4life
I'm happy for all. I think the bengalszonian's that go to the mock, or the intrasquad games, this year should wear a sticker or something so that they are atleast recoganized as a bengals top fan. I for one will be attending the mock game and will be wearing a name tag with BENGAL4LIFE on it. If anyone else feels the same please do so. Scottishbengal
Have decided this is a good year to introduce the kids (12 and 6) to live Bengals gamesGood man! The biggest of the little scottishes was just 7 when he came over for his first Bengals game, and the now middle of the little scottishes was about 16months when he was crawling around PBS in his tiger outfit complete with ears and a tail for his first one. On the other hand my mum was in her mid-sixties, and mrs scottish (RIP) was in her late 30's which just goes to show that you're never too old or too young to go see your team!!!!
