BengalszoneBilly Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 yet another trade?I know...it makes the draft drag out just that much longer!
membengal Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 I remain in take a WR camp. Jarrett would be lovely for bengals' next pick, or Sydney Rice...
Spor_tees Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 I'm suprised that Drew Stanton fell this far...5th QB off the board? How far til Troy Smith goes?
JoePong Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 Why all the interest in David Harris. Do we wreally want to spend a 2nd round pick on a LB who won't even be a starter for us? I don't get it.

I don't get it.Because you have 2 LB's that will be unrestricted FA next year, you don't know if Odell will ever be back, and if they sign Hartwell it will be a one year deal. That's why.
BlainThePain Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 I remain in take a WR camp. Jarrett would be lovely for bengals' next pick, or Sydney Rice...Harris or Charles Johnson

Whur CHad At? Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 Id take LB, WR, DE any of them, plenty of good prospects there

Mediocre LBs are easy to come by.Mediocre by who's standards? Yours? Most draft boards have him listed as the second best inside LB in the draft. Only behind Patrick Willis.Harris surprised many with a fantastic 4.53 40 at the combine, and it may have pushed him into the first half of the second round.
membengal Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 Jarrett and Rice going off the board makes me sad. So close.I don't know if Steve Smith (USC version) is good enough for them to spend a pick here.If Harris is still on the board, that would be fine. What about Woodley, the DE?
Spor_tees Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 What about Khalil?I think there are too many holes to take another center right now with 2 young guys still on the roster.
BengalszoneBilly Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 What about Khalil?Couldn't hurt us at the Center position!

Spor_tees Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 2 more picks...the Bengals will definitely get a real good player unless someone is dead set on a player and offers to trade up into their spot.
derekshank Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 What about Khalil?Strangely enough Shula... I was just thinking the same thing. I wonder if there's been a temperature drop in hell?
BlainThePain Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 What about Khalil?Strangely enough Shula... I was just thinking the same thing. I wonder if there's been a temperature drop in hell? There was when Philly did a draft day trade with Dallas.

But if they pick him, I wonder if the plan would be to shop Justin Smith.
