  1. all I need to know about how much attention some (if not all) of the players are paying to coaches right now.

Agreed. If Chad were a real football player, he'd be leading the way in accepting coaching. Instead he leads the way by showing that it is ok to ignore the coaches and the organization. When the high paid vets on the team do whatever they want, it ruins your football team. We more than anyone should know that by now.

I can't wait for Chad to either play elsewhere or morph into a full-time contestant on whatever D-list VH1 shows will take him.

  2. Sad thing is that none of the last drive matters and the Bengals win if they can just execute the basics earlier. Don't hit the punter. Take the easy FG. Hit the XP.

Not talking about anything complicated, just do-your-job stuff. But they can't be counted on to consistently execute anything at all.

Turn the right way on a crucial 3rd down route. Then your team can score a touchdown instead of kicking a field goal. Those points were the difference between defeat and OT. Chad is so non-clutch that I'm going to start calling him automatic transmission.

  3. Just spitballing here...I think they'll stay put and draft AJ Green.

AJ Green was suspended 4 games his senior season. That's nothing. He's not enough of a redemption project for Mike. Can't we find someone who beat a rape charge, or someone who assaulted some cops or something?

4 games for selling a game jersey? Mike laughs in the face of such hijinks.

  4. This is proof that Mike Brown isn't the brilliant businessman that people claim he is.

Not a brilliant businessman? I was in the pro shop at PBS during the Bills game, and below is a picture of the pop machine in there. As you can see, Mike puts an out of order sign on the machine during games so you have to buy pop for five bucks or whatever from their vendors.

Jerry Jones, eat your f**king heart out.

  5. Has it ever occurred to anyone that Chad's willingness to buy tickets has nothing to do with helping the fans?

We can all agree that Chad has a pathological need for attention. That need manifests itself with Chad doing almost anything to get on television.

Try to get inside Chad's pathetic mind. Buying tickets may be nothing more than buying air time. Think of Chad as a business. Lots of businesses buy large blocks of airtime, infomercials, that are nothing more than long, boring, ads. Chad may not be able to handle the thought of playing a game that won't appear on tv, so he coughs up whatever cash is needed to make sure he gets on the tube.

  6. How will it all end for Chad?

He obviously doesn't care about football. But he has a huge need for attention and the limelight.

It appears he's never made the connection between the two. Football is just too much of a hassle for Chad, so now he wants to quit and start being a full-time tv personality. He doesn't realize football is the only reason anyone even cares about anything he has to say.

Can Chad the personality/pitchman/actor forge a career just on his merits in those fields? In my opinion, no way in hell. Chad is boring. There is no depth there, there is no real human connection to be made by the viewer with Chad, nothing beyond a child jumping up and down yelling, "look at me, look at me". Ask him why we should look at him, and the silence is deafening.

  7. I didn't watch because we had family over and Time Warner won't let us get the NFL Network. I might have watched the first half, if I could have, but I think we all knew what was coming the second half. I wouldn't have watched it.

Still, I see hope for the future, I'm even somewhat excited at the prosepect of a new OC, new head coach. This isn't even close to the all-time low for me. The 90's are like the dark ages.

Having said all that, no matter what else changes, if Brat and to a certain extent Alexander are back next year, even this die-hard fan will be losing interest.

  8. Chad will do anything to stay in the news. Taking his clothes off, a hallmark move by attention whores who have no real skills or ability, is an old trick he resorts to when nothing else is working.

Maybe a few more pictures of he and T.O. with the batmobile?

His "engagement" is probably fraudulent. He get engaged to another reality tv personality, and it is immediately announced that they have a reality show in the works. It is probably not a real engagement, no real marriage will occcur, Chad is not a real football player, his total act is a complete fraud, and I hope he gets run out of Cincinnati 2 seconds after the gun goes off at the end of this season's last game.

  9. If the Bengals somehow win this game Marvin should be named coach of the year again.

Marvin should have been fired at halftime during the Bills game.

I'm guessing no explanation is needed.

Mike would have extended Marvin at halftime of the Bills game. After the game is another story. Well, maybe not. Maybe Mike would still extend Marvin after the collapse. Tough to say since everything at PBS is shrouded in a CIA-like cloak of secrecy.

  10. Chad-agreed

    T.O.-Agreed

    Simpson-Agreed

Tank Johnson-Didn't mind tank but time to move on or least make the young guys starters.

Pac-Man-Why? He played superb football for us aslong as hedoesn't get in trouble hes worth keeping around even as a 6th CB.

Jones-I wish they would bench him now

Rivers-Eh Well Rivers hasn't been a top 10 Pick ,I think he's still been a above average Player...I'd say keep him around and think about moving him to SLB and then resignig Brandon Johnson for WLB.

    Kelly-Agreed

    Coffman-like the guy but agree

Benson-Love Cedben but Unless we have chance winning next year its best just to move on...lamichael JaMES in 2012! ^_^

Ndukwe-Guy is a former WR but so terrible when comes to coverage.

Roy Williams-I love Roy he was one of my favorite players in his youth but its time to find some Safety's of the future.

    Tom Nelson-Agreed

David Jones-He's not on the Team we traded him to the jags

    Geathers-Agreed

    I'd also Throw in

    Atwan Odom

    Anthony Collins

    (Don't resign)

    Bobbie WIlliams

    Nate Livings

    Dennis Roland

Holy crap, that's over half our starters, and a bunch of second tier guys who play teams and special packages (nickle, heavy O formation). If we cut or don't re-sign all these guys, we'll need the NFL to schedule a special expansion draft for us.

  11. Placed S Chris Crocker on the Reserve/Injured list. Crocker suffered a knee injury (torn ACL) in yesterday's game against Buffalo. He started nine games at FS and had 42 tackles, including two sacks. He had six passes defensed and two forced fumbles.

It was agony watching Crocker go down. I just thought of Pittsburgh coming up, how their receivers will run free without having to worry about Crocker.

Also, the scoreboard put his picture, name and number up while he was down on the field getting attended to. Naturally, Mike's grand nephew once removed or whoever the hell it was spelled Crocker's name "Cocker", and they left it up there for like two minutes. f**king Bengals.
