Defense is a little discombobulated. Plenty of time to settle in and turn it around, but the offense must find a gear. Cannot afford a bad game of pass protection.

24-24. Texans defense probably won't hold up, but they made it interesting.

Nothing changed really. The Bengals entered the day controlling their destiny for the 2-seed minimum (by winning out) and still do.

I think this game ultimately means less since the Bengals will [probably] still need to beat Buffalo head-to-head to stay ahead of them. The 1-seed is entirely dependent upon the Chiefs dropping a game to a bad opponent. @Vegas in week 18 is probably the best chance. And the Bengals winning out.

I think my diarrhea is just the reverse curse energy from everyone in the national media treating this like a gimme for the Bengals. I definitely don’t think it’ll be a walkover with both teams so dinged up. But a one score win will still do just fine.

I am starting to get a strangely bad feeling about this game. Hopefully it’s just diarrhea.

I feel okay about the injury situation. There's a big difference between having an army of dinged up players on the field in December and having key players lost on IR. Weather it, keep grinding out games, and push for that home playoff game where players can fully rest without any traveling. Win out and the Bengals are guaranteed the 2-seed at the very least.

It's gotten to the point that when I see Joe throw the back shoulder to either Chase or Boyd, I think it's an automatic completion. Clearly the other skill players have made those plays too, but those two specifically have really mastered the timing with Joe. I think it's been a major development this season for Boyd especially.

Looks like TB will be without Wirfs and Vea.

It'll be fun if Joe has an opportunity to talk about the game at hand a little bit (Pats/Cards), from a broadcaster kind of perspective. Mac Jones was being compared with him a little bit, even if that was always dumb, so he might have a unique stylistic viewpoint about his decisions in the pocket.
