COB Posted January 30, 2017 Report Share Posted January 30, 2017 Bullock is just a guy. I'm sure they structured his deal so if he gets beat out in camp they can cut him without significant cost. To not sign someone, to just go into camp with an open invitation, doesn't seem feasible. You need some structure on your special teams, some players.
