andybren Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 Check out this map:CBS Coverage Week 13Except for pockets of local coverage around cities like Houston, Cleveland, Buffalo, etc. most of the country will be watching the Bengals/Steelers game. There's a stretch around the Mississippi showing the Indy/Tenn game, but otherwise, Bengals fans all over will be able to enjoy our team's triumph in the comfort of our own homes. More importantly, we won't have to watch it surrounded by Steeler fans at our local sports bars.Who Dey! Quote

Watching the Bengals-Colts game at the bar a couple of weeks ago with sound from the Broncos-Jets game cranked in the background kind of sucked. No such problems this week. Now if I could just find a hot chick to bring me beers whenever I needed one, I'd really be set. Here's to most of the nation seeing the changing of the guard in the AFCN!! Quote

I guess it's off to the sports bar for me.With living in Indy, it was necessary for me to get the NFL Sunday ticket. It can be pricey, but for any Bengals fan or fantasy football fanatic. I think it's worth it. Quote
scott91575 Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 I assume the white areas mean no 1PM broadcast in that area. Sweet, infomercials for me and the Laydowns on the other channel. Quote
Freqman Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 Cool GIF.Is that updated every week?I'm always wondering what games are going to be shown here in Michigan. Quote
HairOnFire Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 As the week grows shorter and the game gets closer...if you close your eyes and concentrate....and you're very very quiet....you can almost hear the commercials for Cold Case File. Quote

I think it's worth it.Two years from now I plan on being done with my graduate work, and living in Philly, where I will then buy NFL Sunday Ticket... until then, my wife and I don't make enough money for such indulgences, and therefore I have to drive to the sports bar, and root for the Bengals alone. At least it is only temporary. If the Bengals keep getting better though, they'll be on prime time more often... which makes for happy poor out-of-towners like me. Quote

BengalszoneBilly Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Now I'm really stoked! You guy's can't imagine how rare it is to see a Bengals non-primetime game televised out here in Arizona! It just goes to show how important this game is for these two good teams out of the ! Quote
