jamesbrooks21
I don't know about all of you but I'll definitely be watching what P-Dub does this year. I kind of had mixed emotions about his release and hope he does well.In the opening loss to Jacksonville he caught zero passes and returned one punt for five yards. Could be that he doesn't know or quite feel comfortable in the offense quite yet but his first game not in a Bengal uniform was uneventful. Stripes
I don't think he mad many opportunities to catch the ball. I may be wrong, but isn't he third or fourth on the depth chart?
Who?
Yeah... he kinda sucks.

Humanzee 5000
Most importantly though. We were all lead to believe that he was injured. He doesn't seem unhealthy right now. It was either genious on Marvin's part to make teams in our division not want him, or he just hasn't shown the signs of long term injury yet! HoosierCat
I don't think he mad many opportunities to catch the ball. I may be wrong, but isn't he third or fourth on the depth chart? Fifth. They signed him primarily as a punt returner, tho I wouldn't be surprised if he works his way up the chain once he has time to absorb the playbook and get comfy with the offense. As for the injury, it was never alleged to be somthing that would knock him out now, but was supposedly a "degenerative condition" simila to arthritis. It would reportedly shorten his career, but playing now would just be a matter of dealing with the pain. Of course, that was all Lapham-fueled rumor, so take it FWIW. jjakq27
Yeah... he kinda sucks. Yeah, I forgot, you guys have the Frismanian Devil or whatever his name is.
bengal4life4show
I also think when warrick learns their plays he will play better there then here. He will be in a division, and a conference for that matter that doesnt play good D. He will catch 6yrd screens and take them to the house. I miss that guy. John Stofa
He hasn't been there nearly long enough yet to know their offense. That's why he's well down the depth chart and why he had zero catches in their first game. He'll be fine.
redsbengalsbucks
Engram is better at being Warrick than Warrick ever was, unless Engram gets injured Warrick will never be more than a #3 or #4 WR
kingwilly
Per KFFL:Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Seattle Seahawks have plans for WR Peter Warrick to become more involved on offense in Week 2. Warrick played a special teams role in Week 1.It will take him some time but he will probaboly contribute as the year goes on.Best of luick to you PDub... Stripes
I have a gut feeling Warrick is going to have good year. Nothing that will send fantasy owners to the waiver wire drooling and rabid, but solid. He certainly will impress his coaches out there when the ball actually stays within his grasp after it gets to him!
bengalindian
Yeah... he kinda sucks.Yeah, I forgot, you guys have the Frismanian Devil or whatever his name is. That reminds me. Chris Berman SUCKS. At everything.
HairOnFire
Bump. Two punt returns this week that gained five yards. No catches. I watched a couple of minutes of their game and looked for Warrick when they went 4-wide. Nope.
dave
Warrick update -- 1 catch for 42 yards last week, no significant punt returns. Questionable with a bad groin this week and I don't think he played. Any more complaints about his getting cut?

ShulaSteakhouse
We'll see I guess, looks like he'll be a starter Sunday, at worst a #3, with Jackson and Engram out.He has what, one 42 yard catch so far? I'm suprised they haven't tried to work him into the mix more yet.
Ox
Since I have DJ in my fantasy league, I might pick up PDub for a spot start this week. Hope he does something.
ShulaSteakhouse
Warrick was the leading WR for the Seahags tonight, 3 for 53.
The_Next_Big_Thing
Warrick was the leading WR for the Seahags tonight, 3 for 53.Boy, I'm glad we cut him. Walter had that on one drive....
ShulaSteakhouse
I thought Warrick looked pretty good. I am not bashing the Bengals for cutting him, but hardly think he's finished.
HoosierCat
Warrick looked good. They only threw at him a few times but he caught everything, including one over the middle where he was hit by two guys as he caught the ball, and one little toss after which he juked a guy and picked up about 20 more yards. And he was on the field most of the game, he just was used mostly as a downfield blocker for Allexander. Threw a couple key blocks I saw. Good for p-dub. ShulaSteakhouse
Could Warrick come back to haunt the Bengals in the Superbowl in January? hahahaha.
