They'll catch us napping and get a billion takeaways to ensure a win, but I agree, we have the better football team, as long as Kyle Boller is under center. Quote
Bobcat Bengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Man, f**k that.We need to worry about the Browns first. Quote
Stripes Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Man, f**k that.We need to worry about the Browns first. I like your thinkin'.Yes, the real issue at hand is coming this Sunday. :player: Quote
2ndyearBengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Where is Terry Tate?? He used to be my favorite poster. Is Bobcat Bengal Terry Tate?? I only ask because he has become my new favorite poster... Quote

Columbusbengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 personally i feel the ravins are our biggest rival we must sweep them . they are the most overrated team in the league Actually, I think Pittsburgh is the most overrated team in the league. The Ravens will be very good (although I still think the Bengals could be better). Pittsburgh had a fluke season last year. Their talent continues to get old and Ben will come back down to earth this year. Quote
membengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Man, f**k that.We need to worry about the Browns first. Yes. Last I checked, they were playing the Browns this week.f**k the rest of the schedule. Need to get Cleveland. Need to get to 1-0. Quote
The Big Orange Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 The players can focus on the Browns, it's not too early to start building up our hate for the Ravens Quote
Bobcat Bengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Where is Terry Tate?? He used to be my favorite poster. Is Bobcat Bengal Terry Tate?? I only ask because he has become my new favorite poster... Formerly known as Terry Tate Baby. Quote
schweinhart Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 The players can focus on the Browns, it's not too early to start building up our hate for the Ravens Never too early, beginning on Sunday night. But I got the feeling the 46 is gonna blow Peyton's mind for the 1st half. Quote
Whur CHad At? Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 I don't see how the Ravens defense is over-rated? They have finished in the top ten for numerous years now and have had the past two NFL Defenders of the Year. We must worry about the Browns, though. Quote
walshfan Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Browns first .....Ravens have a great defense and anyone that thinks they dont is fooling themselves....Going to be a great matchup with our O and their D...just as the Colts and Ravens will be...Watch how the Colts attack the Ravens ..if successful we could use the basic game plan against them.... Quote
membengal Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 The players can focus on the Browns, it's not too early to start building up our hate for the Ravens f**k the ravens. that game is later.getting my game face on now for the browns.f**k the browns. stupid f**king f**kers. Quote

BengalszoneBilly Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Formerly known as Terry Tate Baby. Hey! Don't forget "Squirrel Boy." He was every bit as awesome as Terry and Bobcat. Never forget where where you've been. It's required to get where you're going.-Me Quote
longcut Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Ravens ? How about we play the Browns first. Then take it from their. I did read the Raves are going to run a 4-6 D I think. Should look good but the last team to pull this off was the BEARS. If you break through the first initial line it could make fore a big day for RB's. Quote
Bengalbob Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 To get your mind squarely back on the Clowns, I suggest a little dabble into their world . . .http://dawgtalk.clevelandbrowns.com/ubbthr...sb=5&o=&fpart=1No more Ravens talk, let's get it on with those Clowns!!!!! Quote
DC_Bengals_Fan Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 To get your mind squarely back on the Clowns, I suggest a little dabble into their world . . .http://dawgtalk.clevelandbrowns.com/ubbthr...sb=5&o=&fpart=1No more Ravens talk, let's get it on with those Clowns!!!!!I assume you're the one trying to educate that board on the finer points of mathematics and logic? Maybe when you're done there you can work on that guy's spelling, as well as typing like a 12-year-old girl in a chat room. That's some funny stuff. As a scientist, I always laugh at people who say "stats are for losers." Because that translates as "I suck at math, I don't understand it, and I don't like it."Of course, I wouldn't listen to stats either if all of them stated that my team was clearly the second worst in the NFL... Bobcat Bengal Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Damn Longcut, is that a signature or a billboard advertisment? Quote
Stripes Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I hate to say it, but I think we'll get our butt handed to us. This Bengals D is not last years D and definitely not the year before. They've added talent, they're making strides and as someone pointed out here, and as I pointed out in another thread, they go after the football. They're offense should be in mid-season form. We are just getting started on both sides of the ball, have some major vulnerabilites, and are prone to mistakes and penalties. I hope I'm wrong, and I'm gonna love watching the game no matter what, but let's say I won't be shocked if we're blown out. There's a realistic Brownie fan! Great post by a smart man. Quote
jbx182 Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 The players can focus on the Browns, it's not too early to start building up our hate for the Ravens i hate the ravens most of all. all the history between the 2 frachises (old cleve days, modell et al). that would be my pick for biggest rival. i can't really get into this new cleve team, and pissburgh, well, 'nuff said. :player: Quote
HairOnFire Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 The win against the Brownies is in the bank, and the Raven game starts in an hour or so. I say it's time to crank up the hatred and double this weekends pleasure. Oh yeah, I almost forgot the freaking Steelers. 41 rushing attempts, 11 passing attempts, and another blowout. Damn. Quote
Stripes Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Oh yeah, I almost forgot the freaking Steelers. 41 rushing attempts, 11 passing attempts, and another blowout. Damn. That's just rediculous. They were lucky to be playing the Titans this week, because I have my doubts Willie Parker could've led them to that sort of win against a better defense.Sooner than later Big Ben will have to feel the pressure when his running game stalls, as it is bound to do with so many injuries. If not, then damn, it's just not fair. hey don't have to play with any real strategy... They just put the ball in the runners hands and push it all over the field. Quote
