Ok I was at the beach today and I was staring behind my sun glasses pretending to be asllep at some english tits. So my Mr happy(he always has a smile on his face) is standing at attention! So I start thinking about the Bengals because I wanted to stand up! The thought came to my mind which Bengal is going to suprise! So I came down to three.

Tory , Looks like he might be the real deal.

Schobel, blocked on the power o , that could make him full time starter!

Walter, I was wondering if he is the H back in the new 3 wr, 2 te system, he could come from no one to someone!

So what do you guys think, who is your suprise Palya this year?

My suprise player this year? I don't know if he's a suprise but Kevin Kaesviharn has looked great and I'm not at all down with Kim Herring. Hopefully it won't be long until it's KK and Madieu @ safety. Just my opinion.

Yeah Walters is having a great preseason. That TD catch was about as good as it gets Friday. Wonder if he can be as good against 1st teamers.

Thurman is exciting, you can see why Marvin gave him the starting nod so soon.

Herana-Daze Jones had a good game Friday, he was kind of impressive and now you wonder if he'll push some people off the roster sooner than expected (Brooks, Bauman etc..,).

Geathers. I don't know if he really counts as a surprise because alot of people are looking at him to breakout, but I think one stat might surprise people about him. I look for him to have seven or eight sacks which is what I think most people are looking for him to have, but I think he will end up leading the team in pass deflections too.

Geathers really doesnt count Blain, But your right, Im kinda looking for someone that wasnt on the radar screen. KK Has been progressing every year,he could do it!

The only reason I included Tory was that Me and alot of people thought this guy was way overrated! He may not be!

Its good to hear someone here saying good things about Kevin k.!!! I can remember when alot of people here wanted to run him out of town, and when coach Lewis came and kept him on the roster it changed alot of peoples minds here about him...WTG KEVIN!!!!!! :player:

This is tough one, since Spain thinks Geathers isn't off-the-radar, but Pro-Bowler Tory James is...

...but I'd say Stacy Andrews. I suspect he's going to prove to be more versatile than advertised. And I think Willie might have a tougher comeback than expected.

i really like jonathan fanene's intensity. nobody's said much about him at all since the draft, but i really liked his skills and intensity from friday's game. he's not great, but as a 7th rounder, it'd be a pleasant surprise to see him get playing time this year, which i think he will. he's a firecracker and i expect him to surpass clemons and powell by season's end.

If Braham wasn't here, Ghiaciuc, but he's a year away. I think Keiwan Ratliff w. opportunities on special teams and defense and Stacey Andrews will both have breakout years.

Andrews has impressed the HELL out of me, however, I don't see him getting starts in the season because Big Willie will be healthy.

I do, however, feel a bit better about the fact that he will be called into action as a full time starter after 2006 because we won't be able to keep Willie and Levi.

Andrews wll only see the field if Willie Anderson gets hurt and I for one hope he sits on the bench the entire year.

I think your right on target with Ratliff, I also think Perry will be a 500-500 man (500 yards rushing, 500 receiving) by the end of the year.
