Agree with Stripes, no one in the media really knows a whole lot of anything about the Bengals.
If you listen closely when the Bengals are talked about, it's Burrow, Chase, stats and the common talking points.
The o-line has to be better, the defense has to improve and maybe Dexter Lawrence, but that's only because they traded the #10 overall to get him.
Outside of that, it's like listening to Charlie Brown's teachers talk.  Pointless yammering.

Oh and since when does anyone care what Emmanuel Acho has to say?  He's one of the one's that doesn't know shit.
There are so many more interesting things going on with the team right now that has nothing to do with Burrow.
But yeah, he's the QB, so lets talk about some pretend hypothetical situation concerning him and generate clicks.

First, let me start by saying i really like the Title of this topic. Acho is an idiot for many reasons. But Burrow's numbers without Chase and Higgins still look like Pro Bowl numbers to me. Look at how much money he made average TE's like CJ Uzomah, Hayden Hurst (and Gesicki). FYI, Uzomah and Hurst both got cut 1 year into the 3-year deals they signed elsewhere, and both are now Retired.

FUN FACT: Joe Burrow is the NFL's Career leader in Completion Percentage (aka the most accurate QB ever), and he has done this with a Bottom 5 O-Line pretty much every year he has been in the league. Think about that. He has little to no time to read, get the ball out, and has to throw the ball away to avoid sacks (needs to do that more). He also doesn't just dump it off 100 times a year to a RB to pad the percentage.

I'm not saying that having Ja'Marr and Tee doesn't help Burrow, but it tremendously helps Chase and Higgins as well. Just ask Ja'Marr how he liked being a glorified dump off guy for Flacco last year with games like 10 Rec/94 yards (9.4 ypc) and 12 Rec/ 91 yards (7.6 ypc).  Ja"Marr Chase averaged only 10.36 yards per reception in the games Flacco started last year. Far below his career average.

Bottom Line, Joe Burrow would still get to the Pro Bowl dropping dimes to Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley, but he will (and did) get you to a Super Bowl throwing to Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
