Anyone see a weather report for the game??

If its anything like western NY right now, and we're only about 4 or 5 hours away, then it could bee rainy and windy at the stadium tonight. That could mean that the ground game, and TOP means more than the Manning/Harrison connection, or Brady airing it out.

Dillon could get more work, 25-30 carries, about 85 yds and 1 TD.

Have no idea, but I cannot wait to root against him. I have never been so excited to root against a player in my life as I am for rooting against him now.

I can't wait to see the NE fan reaction the first time they realize how heartless he is in the red zone anymore.

I venture a bit more positive of an affair for Dillon tonight but before I state my prediction, I will predict he will have a LAME year and the Pats are going to struggle late.

Season..

875 yds. give-or-take.. 4-6 TD's (sit out 2 games for drama)

Tonight..

23 car. 140 yds. 1 TD's 3 rec. 19 yds.

He will start well and turn sour as the Pats suffer a down year.

BTW- My Brother in Law lives in Prov. RI and is a Pats FREAK. Like almost losing his job by going to watch training camps, arrested in the parking lot for fighting with Jets fans, etc. Even he suspects a down year, and to hear the crack in his voice as he talks about it must mean it is real.

I think CD is the most overrated offseaon acquisition. Well between him and Garcia anyway.

I believe he is way past his prime and he will only have a decent year around 1000 yards.

Bottom line is that the Pats didn't need a ground game to win 2 superbowls and as long as Weis is OC Brady will be throwing early and often.

Brady's dinking and dunking is their most effective running game.

He had a couple of nice runs, and made a couple of people miss - something he hadn't done here for several years.

I respected/appreciated Dillon his first 3-4 years and then his game and attitude went south here.

At this point I honestly think Rudi is a better RB and that is just the way it goes, he'll done fine in the Pats offense either way.
