COB Posted October 6, 2017 Report Share Posted October 6, 2017 Sounds like he dodged the dui by leaving the scene. If they can't put him behind the wheel, they can't get him for moving violations. Also sounds like he admitted to the oil, thus the drug charge. It's the sign of a pretty sophisticated defendant when they know to just get away from the wrecked vehicle. And his prior dui explains that, his conversations with his attorney back then probably guided his actions on this one. The next time he'll be smart enough to absolutely refuse to even talk to the police. He'll just have his lawyer contact them first. Unfortunately, it looks like Tyler has a substance abuse problem.
