Before you bemoan the Bengals too much, take a look around the league's early games.  The Bears, Jags, Cardinals, Browns, and probably the Eagles and Chargers would all love to have our talent level.  Man some bad football teams right now.

No doubt the bengals have the talent, but the coaches stupidity hurt this team!

How many games have the bengals lost because Nugent sucks, or because Cedric can't block his guy because they want to rush him into a position that he is not used to playing?

They bench Ced, and now Dalton has time to throw. 

Vontez suspended hurt this defense, he got his feet under him and is now playing great football. 

So if this team wants to improve, get new coaches! They have talent, get a few new players, have a good draft and they will be ok. Big thing fix this o-line!

And a healthy Green & Bernard, if you actually want to win. But yeah, just with a decent K they have at least one and maybe as many as four more wins and are right in the hunt. As it is, the dead cat is bouncing like it's made of flubber.

Yes, very clear now that o-line is the glaring weakness on this team.  Paul Alexander needs to move on.

Gotta think it must go back to Pryor's time as a Bengal. Jones takes no smack, from anyone. At least the Bengals secondary held up their end today. They looked sharp .

Being the basic smack talking hothead that he is, I don't think Jones could change if he even tried.  No call to refer to another player as trash.  His ornery nature contributed to throwing away last year's playoff game.  In fact without his 15 yarder, we probably win.

Getting into a feud with a player 2 or 3 levels below your level just diminishes you.
