They're getting good at it.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are some wholesale changes within their organization after the season. There are only 8 or 9 guys left from the Super Bowl team of a few years back. Clearly this is Tomlin's team and not Cowher's anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if Haley leaves (or is let go) and their scouting dept. gets revamped. They don't seem to have the ability to just plug and play guys anymore.

Well, before the agme he was setting a new definition of irony by starting out making fun of a Bengals fan for not knowing how to pronounce "Roethlisberger" and then claiming our owner is "Paul Brown" multiple times. (warning: mild profanity)
