jonahdsage Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 I don't know how FA could have gone much better at this point. We got better at every position of need (except maybe WR), resigned key talent, and are in a prime position to take best player available across the board in the draft.Way to go Bengals...way to go Mike Brown. I feel we gave up too much depth on the DL. Maybe that can be addressed in the draft. Quote

I hope they can measure up to at least what we had last year. Quote
HoosierCat Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 Defensively, I would say it's a push right now. The Bngals haven't done anything to get better, but at least they haven't been bleeding talent the way they usually do.On offense, the Wharton and Ellis signings look like upgrades, though given the guys they are replacing that isn't saying a lot. Stripes Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 Good. Sims is definitely our best run stopper on the d-line. After we lost him last year that went to hell immediately. Quote

Losing a rotational player shouldn't affect the defense like it did. Quote

HoosierCat Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 It's not my glass. And right now the Bengals haven't done much to change the level of the liquid, despite having a very full pitcher. Quote
kingwilly Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 My question is what are we drinking? Bengals Kool-Ade? You know the kind, in the little packets, where you had to add the sugar. Use warm water, so it all mixes up?That's how SoP likes it, he can use a "little less" sugar. Just a hint of sweet, but not too much, cause, you know, sugar is expensive. And, gosh, don't you all know how hard it is to make "Kool-Ade" for so many people? Quote
Sea Ray Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 Any word on the terms of Sims' contract? Quote
