That doesn't make any sense. It was 3rd and one, and the Bengals go a 5 yard penalty, then on 4th down the Saints got a 5 yard penalty, so how is that a first down? Shouldn't they still be a yard short?

It was 4th and 3 when Huber punted. There was a 3 yard shipley gain between those 2 plays.
