BengalszoneBilly
Holy crap.../>http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/05/source-vikings-moss-havent-started-talking-terms-yet/Wouldn't be surprised. Randy's last post game outburst didn't exactly endear him to the coaching staff in New England.
whizzo
rumors say they Vikes will send just a 3rd round pick to the Pats for him. that's value right there.../>http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/06/report-pats-will-get-a-third-round-pick-for-randy-moss/
COB
The Patriots must have wanted to get rid of him pretty bad. If they'd just let him play out the year, then let him sign a deal with another team, they probably would have gotten about a 3rd round compensatory pick for him anyway. They wanted him gone. whizzo
well, it's officially a done deal. the Vikes' offense will be pretty explosive when Rice comes back - Moss, Rice, Harvin, Shiancoe, Berrian, Peterson...
ArmyBengal
Favre needs to stay healthy, but somehow, I can see this brightening his spirits.I suppose there won't be anymore talk of Favre secondguessing his decision now...My question with this is:If they sign Moss to a multi-year deal, who throws to Moss next year and will he be happy with that ??In all honesty, I don't care but it's things that make you go hmmmmmm... HairOnFire
Trade Chad.
COB
Trade Chad.Heresy. Good thing you live in California, or back here in Salem's Lot you'd get burned at the stake. PS - Chad cost us the Cleveland game with his ridiculously obvious penalty that shoved us out of field goal range.

For the record, this almost happened to me once, but I made my escape when the leader of Chad's angry fan club dropped the matches.

Arizona
Glad he's out of the AFC BEFORE we have to play the Patriots. Now, if we can figure out a way for him to take Brady and Manning with him...
whizzo
This just in, Moss waived by the Vikings. I could see him landing in Baltimore, if Harbaugh thinks he can handle him.
agreen_112
Pick him up Bengals!!!
kenyon1977
OH GOD!!! Someone hide the Brown's checkbooks. I imagine they are locked away in a safe and require him and his daughter under armed guard survallence to get out both of their atomic weapon launch keys and then blow the dust off of it like its the damn holy grail. kenyon1977
Now rumor has it that Miami wants him so New England and the Jets can't get him.By now everyone has seen his comments from yesterday about the coaching staff not taking his advice, LOL.So if Randy was here in Cincy could you imagine the 1st press conference after the first game!!! Good Lord, he'd probably tell the truth to fans about everything on offense, defense, the locker room and the coaches!!It would BE AWESOME! Never gonna happen, but would be awesome. No more same old quotes after every game.
kenyon1977
Oh and Cleveland's name has popped up now looking at a possible waiver pick up for him.
ArmyBengal
And the Vikings gave up their 3rd round pick next year to bring him in.Then they just let him go. Stupidest sh*t i've seen in a while...
Kazkal
so there was no catch in the trade? like Moss has to play X amount of games.
jjakq27
Crazy s**t, that's for sure. I think Childress is a piece of crap. I get the feeling that he wasn't going to kiss Brett's ass to bring him back but the players went around him and convinced him to come back. That whole thing has blown up in Minny and Randy now realizes what he had in NE. I think the whole press conference rant thing yesterday was an apology or admission to the Patriots that he fkd up when he ran his mouth after the Bengals game and he wishes he could come back. Wow what a mess.
whizzo
per PFT, Moss has been awarded to the Titans. definitely a good fit, VY can bring the play-action deep bomb, and CJ2K precludes safeties from covering deep too much. BengalPimp
I personally think Moss would have more success with Kerry Collins throwing him the ball. I really don't think he'll do much statistically, but he will help out Nate Washington, Kenny Britt (when he comes back) and all by drawing away the opponents top defender and drawing double teams (kind of like how T.O. has benefitted from Chad...Ok I won't start that up)Also, "Lights Out" claimed by The Billshttp://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=Agldw4Ddz_zj7edYJE3wVB19t7l_?slug=nfp-20101103_bills_announce_merriman_addition_place_cornell_green_on_ir
