walzav29
They have to mop up these teams the next 3 weeks. No last second nonsense, or playing down to the competition. They need to jump all over these guys.
membengal
That would be at Carolina, at Cleveland, and home to Tampa for those who have not looked it up.And yes, three wins and getting to the break 4-1 would be huge. And probably close to critical for our playoff hopes, given the teams on their schedule after the break.
ArmyBengal
Agree that they need to go 3-0 against those teams. Could there be a shocker ?? Sure, it can happen, but it "shouldn't".Here's to hoping they take these next 3 games to really get in a groove !!! 4-1 ?? Yeah, I like that !!! bwillycuse
I agree 100%. Lets get all the phases right in this span.Impose our will on these teams. 4-1 would be amazing.
volcom69
I agree it will tell alot! The Bengals need to beat the teams they are supposed to beat. I still think they will be tough games because they are on the road, but this is the time they need to get there offense fixed. I would love them to put toghter a complete game on offense, defense, and special teams. If they do that they should have no problem taking care of business on the road like they should! Stripes
I don't think the Bengals will blow them all out simply because of the offense they [try to] employ. Hell, does anyone really think we'll mop the floor with Cleveland? I guess it happens sometimes.
TJJackson
Tampa is 2-0 last I checked, should not be considered a pushoverAlso, they have a player who has learned our offense all through the offseason, OTAs, camp, and preseason, which gives them a slight edge on us. DC_Bengals_Fan
Tampa is 2-0 last I checked, should not be considered a pushoverYou can never get complacent - and this is the NFL - but given their competition TB has to be one sorry-assed 2-0 team. cincyhokie
Playing in Cleveland worries me.The Browns defense is better. Not great but better. There's just something about playing in that stadium early in the year. Also, they'll most likely be playing at 0-3 looking for their first win. Dangerous. TJJackson
I can't see a 2-0 team as 'sorry' no matter how you define itThey beat two NFL Teams. I believe they even knocked a quarterback out of a game.I think it's reasonable to expect them to win 2 of the next 3, which would have us solid at 3-2Sure, I'd like to win all 3. But I'd be happy with 2.
membengal
I don't consider any of the upcoming three games a pushover, and can come up with reasons why each game is dangerous. That said, if this team is going to be what so many think it is (playoffs etc.), these are three games they need to find a way to win. And that is over a wounded Carolina team with a dangerous running game, something I am afraid they will remember they have this week, a Cleveland team that will be playing desperate at home at 0-3 in a few weeks, and a young Tampa team that has skills. All of that said, the Bengals need to find ways to win each of those games.

ArmyBengal
Saying they "should" win these games and the teams we are playing are "pushovers" are two very different things.Let me say it this way. The Bengals match up VERY well against the next 3 opponents and "SHOULD" win against these solid teams.I honestly won't be happy with 2 of the next 3 when looking at these teams. I'll deal with it, but won't be happy. The Bengals are a better team.

I know how things work with this team having followed them for so long and for that reason I doubt they will win them all but it'd sure be nice and it is very doable
