BlainThePain Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Major Wright is still on the board maybe Marvin will take two Florida guys in this draft lolI'm a fan of Major Wright as well. I'd be thrilled to take him, plus it would give Carlos a drinkin' buddy.

HairOnFire Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 If they want a safetyI think that's the question. Not trading up for Mays suggests to me that safety isn't as high on their priority list as we might have believed. Not trading up for Mays doesn't mean anything unless you can show me a history of the Bengals repeatedly moving up in the draft for any position.
wpeldios Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 I want a safety that can cover and pick off passes.Give me Akwasi Owusu-AnsahThis is my guy I like as well. But we will see.
ChadJohnson-85 Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Crap there goes Burnett. Come on Gilyard!

HoosierCat Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Well, we're coming up again, 2 picks in the next 19...
ArmyBengal Posted April 24, 2010 Author Report Posted April 24, 2010 NO reason to take safety now....
ChadJohnson-85 Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 NO reason to take safety now....You read my mind bro... F it.
ArmyBengal Posted April 24, 2010 Author Report Posted April 24, 2010 I have to say they are either not worried about the long term thought to the safety position or totally f*cked up in not using their picks to move up and get someone.F*ck it, get a better back up QB since they don't want to get a safety...
Dadraftnick Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 I wanted Major Wright here too lateThere is a rund on S's in this round look for there to be a run on WR's here to startColt McCoy said that the Bengals worked him out last night and liked him so dont rule out McCoy here.. Im just saying
volcom69 Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Is Everson Griffin still on the board i wonder why? Yea all the good safties are gone now, with Wright gone this just sucks.

Dadraftnick Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 It might be but the Bengals do stupid thingsHe is a hell of a QB

HoosierCat Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Given how Palmer always seems to get dinged up, I wouldn't mind McCoy. He's not top on my list right now by any means, but I wouldn't have a hissy cow if they picked him.
ShulaSteakhouse Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 A C or G (if one is worthwhile) would be nice here, and then hard to pass up Gilyard if he's there for the 2nd 3rd round pick.
cincyhokie Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 There's no way the Bengals take him in the 3rd. If they took him in the 5th or later, I'd be ok with that.
Dadraftnick Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Thats why you go into a draft with a game planNot take the Best guy on the board. It would make sense if they had not taken Gresham in the 1st and pick up some extra picks. That said McCoy is the most accurate QB in the draft , he reminds me of Joe Montana.
BlainThePain Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, Cam Thomas, or Brandon Ghee.
