walzav29
I hope its rough at the beginning and easy at the end. I am now a believer in momentum going into the playoffs, so a couple creampuffs to get tuned up to qualify for the playoffs will work for me. Sea Ray
Historically speaking this team makes the playoffs when they start fast. I'd like to see a schedule where they do well early. I'd also like to see Pittsburgh in the first 4 weeks due to their QB situation

ArmyBengal
ESPN is doing a schedule release show at 7:00pm EST.I also saw where the commissioner is trying to cut down on teams resting starters at the end of the season heading into the playoffs, so week 17 (last week of the season) will be nothing but Division games. I still don't think this will totally end teams reasting players, but could see where it would make for more interesting football if the Division hadn't been determined yet. ArmyBengal
Well, according to the leaked Steelers schedule they are talking about over at PFT, the Bengals and the Steelers will match up in a Monday Night game in Cincinnati.
cincyhokie
Well, according to the leaked Steelers schedule they are talking about over at PFT, the Bengals and the Steelers will match up in a Monday Night game in Cincinnati. So we definately know that game won't be during his suspension. Mark that down.Wonder why the selection show was pushed back a week? I'm sure it had nothing to do with the Roethelisburger suspension and prime time scheduling. Mark that down. The Steelers schedule has already been leaked, and two things already stand out. First, a suspiciously convenient bye week scheduled for week 5, and a week 17 matchup against the last place Browns.
ChadJohnson-85
http://www.nfl.com/schedules/interactive#/team=CINHERE IT IS! I thought we were playing the jets first?
HoosierCat
First thoughts: the furthest the Bengals travel West is Indianapolis.Open in Foxboro is tough. Indy in Indy is tough. But we get SD, NO at home. Get 10 days to prep for Saints.3 division games (2 away) in the last 4 weeks -- ouch.Only 2 straight road games weeks 3-4.Should be 3-2 at worst going into week 6 bye. First half a bit easier but a tough sked overall.

HoosierCat
The league sticks its tongue down the Steelers' throat again./>http://www.nfl.com/schedules/interactive#/team=PITCheck the last 4 weeks: 3-game homestand against Bengals, Jets, Panthers, then a final game in Cleveland.Well, they do have to travel to NO. I'm sure that was an oversight that will be corrected.

ArmyBengal
We won the Division and this is our reward. For everyone clamoring on about how much of a challenge it would be to start the season off against the Jets, heading into Foxboro should provide at least an equal amount of a test if not more so. You want to know where this team stands early ?? You got your wish. I don't care much about the other teams schedule and we simply have to beat who's on ours. It's the 4th hardest in the league, but everyone knew that was coming since we won the Division. Time to put on your big boy pants and go kick some ass. You want to get respect for being a hard nosed team ?? All they have to do is win. They want to not be labeled "soft" ?? This is the perfect schedule to go prove it.Here's to hoping the coaches use that as motivation for this team. "HERE'S YOUR CHANCE"... volcom69
Tough schedule, but like everyone said if the Bengals are really good then they should win. Lets hope they improve in all phases including defense they may need that dominate defense this year they play some pretty good QBs.

They'll all change their minds again after the draft. Then again after the preseason.I still don't see them putting the Bengals over the Ravens at any point no matter what. I mean the Ravens picked up Stallworth and Boldin! Sheesh, the Bengals should just forfeit the season now...

wpeldios
Wow, thanksgiving. I like it. I'm shocked, but I like it.Also, despite everyone talking about how brutal the sechdule is. Our longest road trip is to New england. The rest aren't bad at all. That should help. Could see them being 6-2 or 7-1 after 8 games and with momentum down the stretch.
