Ickey44
I'd love to say it's the bottom choice, but you can't go into any game with that mentality. They need to go into this game with the same mentality they had when playing the Steelers and Ravens.
membengal
Where's the middle option? Tough game against a defense that can make things tough on offenses?
kingwilly
You are only as good as your last game. The Chiefs held the Raiders to 2/15 on 3rd down.I like our chances for defensive touchdowns and am eager to see our grinding offensive game plan highlighted by running the ball more than 30 times. HairOnFire
I'm not sensing a trap game. The offensive struggles we've seen all season, coupled with questions surrounding Benson's injury, should be enough to stifle any sense of complacency. But mostly, this teams defense is as confident as it is hungry, and I'm guessing they're looking at each of the next three games as a way to statistically feed itself. In short, I think the defense will continue to motivate itself by playing for better rankings, more turnovers, and maybe a shutout or two. Stripes
I don't figure this is a trap game either. The Bengals are surely aware they've never won a game in Oakland, and that alone should be plenty motivation to prepare. The Raiders just match up poorly against the Bengals. They'll need to create three or four turnovers to keep the game close into the fourth quarter, I think. Asomugha may well grab a pick or two if Carson forces the ball to Chad, but that won't be enough if the defense plays up to its ability. The Raiders ought to score about 10 points at most. Hell, even if I lose the bet, I'm going to keep doing it until they actually lose a game. I'm sure Mikey will reimburse me for my effort. 101Airborne
I would love to say that I"m hungry for it, that I'm totally amped for us to destroy a bad team much as we've been destroyed in the past. I'd like to say that I am 100% sure that we'll win by two scores and that the defense will have a field day. But the moment I"m absolutely certain we'll blow another team apart, we inevitably lose. I'm voting trap game...
Kazkal
Going with 3# I think our offense will put up 21+ pts and defense will hold em to under 10.

whizzo
per PFT, Benson made the trip to oakland, but will probably not suit up. looks like we'll get the first LJ showing in stripes then...
