Pidge
I quite like them to keep playing the way they have been these last couple of weeks. No need for gimmicks unless we're in trouble, IMO. It's all too easy to complicate things needlessly. This team doesn't need gimmicks, it needs to keep executing. I see the Wildcat as another formation that puts pressure on the defense to adjust to mismatches, similarly to the unbalanced and heavy formation that have been utilized on the offensive line. cincyhokie
Well, this is how one of the Steelers fans feels about the game Sunday:From Steelers.com"It's surprising that this matchup isn't being universally viewed as a mismatch. A lot of the media and most Cincinnati fans are basing their bloated opinion of the Bengals on two wins over a badly overrated Ravens squad, and an extremely fortunate squeaker over the banged-up Steelers.Just to keep things in perspective, the Steelers trounced the Bengals for three quarters in the first matchup, only to squander a comfortable lead. To me, the key elements from that game were that neither Rashard Mendenhall nor Troy Polamalu played a single snap. With all due respect to their backups, the Steelers quite frankly are a much more dominant team on both sides of the ball when those gentlemen are in the lineup, and that dominance will be on full display in this rematch. It is certain that the Steelers will not let a 4th quarter lead slip away to the Bengals with Polamalu on the field. It is also certain that with Mendenhall in the lineup, the Steelers 4th quarter lead figures to be more sizable than the 20-9 edge they had in the 4th quarter in the first game.I see no scenario where the Bengals can keep the score close in this game, let alone win. By halftime the outcome will have been decisively determined in Pittsburgh's favor after a brutal beatdown by both the offense and defense. The Bengals will possibly close the gap late with a meaningless touchdown or two, but I believe this game will be the Steelers very violent message to the rest of the league that they do not intend to relinquish their Super Bowl title.Steelers 44 Bengals 14 (6 offensive TDs, 1 defensive TD and a Ziggy Hood safety for the Steelers)." Stripes
I love it, Hokie. There's no way the Steelers players are that stupid, unfortunately, but at least the game will serve as a wake up call to every ignorant clown that thinks that way. They'll probably make the playoffs and nobody is raising their hand to play these guys, I know I don't want any part of them come playoff time." If we win it, then it will be our division to lose. The arrogance is amusing.

WHO?! He wasn't even activated most of the year. And then some rookie. BFD. Woodley is fat. We're gonna run CEDDY CED ALL DAY LONG and they won't do nothing to stop it.NOTHING! Ced TresDos
Negatives against the Bengals, not necessarily in order of importance: Henry is out. He always gave the Steelers a problemPalamaulo(SP) is healthy, he did not play the last encounterThe game is in Pittsburgh, crowd noise will be significantChad has always had trouble with Ike TaylorPittsburgh does have the #1 run defense. Benson will not run amuckPittsburghs back is against the wall, if they loose, wildcard is their only hopeOver the last few years they have played in a ton of "important games"Pittsburgh is getting back 3 defensive starters from injury this week Don't want to be too negative here, but when I hear people predicting a "blowout win" it makes you wonder. As far as vegas odds go, it opened at Bengals +8 went to +6/12 then after MNF it is at +7. But all that means is how the money is being wagered. Keep BR in the pocket and Carson clean is the winning formulaThe Squeelers are thin at corner and they have a guy named Gay as their number 2 corner SNICKER SNICKEROpen with 4 wides. Ocho, Caldwell, Coles, Warrick. They can't stop the pass.Run CedBe to the right over and over. We can't run on Keisel/Harrison. Run out of draw plays only! Running from a conventional set is the same as throwing an incomplete pass against that gay defense. Sucker Polamalu! He always suckers us! Sucker him back! That's all.
