BengalszoneBilly
This city thrives off chemistry, not outright dominance. Bengals 1988 and Reds 1990. We go 6-1 or 5-2 into the bye week and we'll have a great chance at the playoffs...from there who knows what can happen. This is fun and we deserve this. Who Dey?Actually the 1990 Cincinnati Reds did dominate. They led the division from day #1, went wire to wire, and anded up with a World Series win by sweeping the Oakland A's. I will say this years Bengals are a new version of the "Nasty Boys" though!

Then took on the Pirates who were favored and had a better record. They beat them and then faced the heavily favored A's who had a better line-up...but not the better TEAM. The 1990 Reds pulled off one of the biggest WS series upsets in history. Great team but at 91-71 I wouldn't say they were dominating. How they played as a team and when it mattered was what won them the championship!
johnswahoo
Way to jinks the run!If they lose on Sunday you should have your membership revoked! You can't say that type of stuff when were only 1/3 of the way through the season. Keep looking forward but don't bite off more than we can muster!I hope that you don't go to your wife or girl friend with this type of excitement, because I would imagine you don't make it very far. We all want the Bengals to keep striving towards Miami but Damn dude don't book just yet!Thanksgiving and beyond would be a good rallying point. Vine Street Zoo
IT IS WAY TO EARLY GUYS. I CAN STILL SEE US NOT MAKING THE PLAYOFFS AND HAVING A GOOD YEAR.HOUSTON IS GOING TO BE THE FIRST TIME WE FACE A 3-4 ZONE. I THINK WE LOSE SUNDAY.WE HAVE BEEN SO LUCKY THIS YEAR. ALSO I AM SURE ZIMMER WAS VERY BUSY AFTER THE WEEKEND AND I CAN SEE OUR DEFENSE HAVING A TUFF ONE.IF I WAS NOT WORKING I WOULD SO WATCH THE GAME. PRAYING THEY LOSE BECAUSE I HATE TO MISS A WIN. If this team gets derailed by a small bit of positivity, then this team is worse than we thought. It's all "tongue in cheek". It is way too early to be talking playoffs but it's never a bad time to have some fun. And that's what it is...fun. If we can't have that and are holding our breath until a SB win...we're going to be waiting a long time. (I just knocked on my oak coffee table so we're good...I saved us!) As far as your prayers for a loss just because you can't watch the game put you on my watch list. Also lay off the CAPS.
