jjvolt
I'm sure they would still remain on the payroll in some capacity in the unlikely event of any change.to let the org. operate status quo, without any resistance, any type of static from the court of public opinion is ridiculous. it's absolultely unforgivable, actually. you have your opinions and I have mine...we're 3-1 and I aged 5 yrs. today but I'm happy in the moment all the while knowing for damn sure any success we have is in spite of the front office. HoosierCat
I'm sure they would still remain on the payroll in some capacity in the unlikely event of any change.Oh, could they still profit as owners? Absolutely. And that's a point I have made before. But right now The Family is also the team execs. And they appear to like it that way, and have no intention of changing. And nothing us schmoes out here do can change that.

COB
Even for Paul "eat a bag of dicks" Daugherty, this is douche.y. And then some:/>http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20091003/COL03/310030012/1007/SPT/Bengals+fan+roots+for+team++not+Mike+BrownI can't tell if Daugherty is taking his cues from WDR, or the other way around. Either way they're pretty much the same thing. When you're a one-trick pony, and the platform on which you perform that trick begins to collapse, what's that leave you? Put another way, when a lawyer's trying a case, if he has strong facts, he argues the facts. If he has the law on his side, he argues the law. If he has neither, he pounds the table. WDR and Doc are reduced to pounding the table.
Ickey44
This whole WDR thing is pointless. Nothing we do is going to effect Mike Brown one way or the other. Let's just enjoy football and revel in the fact that the Bengals are tied for first place.Despite what you may think of Mikey, this team does have the talent on both sides of the ball to be a playoff caliber team. It's up to the coach's to coach them up and get us there.

I've spent plenty of Sundays doing other things than watching Bengals games. When they are good, they're good (rarely), when they're not, they're not. And in that case I have plenty to occupy my time.

HoosierCat
that makes it sound like you only watch them when they're good. No, I watch them all the time. When they stink, I b*tch endlessly about them. When they're good, I enjoy them. Ya take what ya get with this team. And for what it;s worth -- today we are 3-1. Life is good.
