UK Bengal
I fell confident that preseason means jack and they were just working kinks out of the system tho brat will cost us games with his predictability 11-5 schedule is much easier this season
fattyjay
I'll say 10-6 with a healthy CP, 5-11 if he misses more than 4 starts.
jjvolt
I'll say the range is between 6-10 and 10-6.Wow, way to go out on a limb.between 6-10 and 10-6? c'mon, man!So let me ask you two something ok ??What part of writing each games result, coupled with the fact I backed it up by even counting it up for you retards not willing to do it yourself, and wrote 9-7 don't you understand ??The rest of the post was taking into consideration all the other things that may or may not happen with the team or during the games that are just part of the game itself. Injuries, bad calls, etc, could all be the reasons for the range I further gave. Then again maybe I just should have made a post about how Mike Brown sucks and we will be lucky to finish 2-14 for you to be able to understand ??wow. first of all I was just giving you a "c'mon, man" like they do on espn. appearently you've not seen that. no major insult was intended. secondly, you can call me whatever names you want, I don't care, but some people are sensitive to the "retard" word and I certainly don't blame them. you may want to watch that. as for your "prediction" it was a bit vague, no matter what disclaimers you attached to it, but who cares. I was just razzin' you a bit and you have totally shown your ass. you seem pretty immature, guy. with all due respect, If your screen name reflects that you were/are really in the army, I can't believe you'd throw such a hissy fit over a couple of lines typed into an internet message board.Ok, I was just going to shoot a PM, but some things are best said on the boards.First, I think there are many things that are said on forums that can easily be taken out of context. For example, no, I've never heard the "C'mon Man" thing you are referring to as I don't watch much ESPN, so no issues there. Next, calling someone a "retard" is a generalized thing used more than it probably should be and while I meant no harm in it's use, will be more than willing to apologize if someone is truly offended by it's use. Those apologies will probably continue as the use of that term probably won't end. But my use of the word here was not meant to piss you off, just give you a hard time, but you had no idea about that either...Next, and getting on topic. I'm still not getting what part of 9-7 isn't understood. I mean seriously, each game has either "win" or "loss" next to it and a total of 9-7. What's vague ?? The rest of the post simply went to further explain there are things that happen during games and through the season that could in fact change the outcome of the Bengals record. WITH THOSE THINGS IN MIND, it leaves you with a pretty wide range of where this team may in fact finish. Hence my statement and range given. As for the rest of your post after your comment on disclaimers, I will simply chalk it up to the fact I was simply giving you sh*t in return and you simply didn't get it either, so there's no reason for me to continue misunderstandings. If you still want to be pissed off, no issues, but it's not that serious...o.k., no prob. and I'm not pissed off, never was.
Kazkal
Well we win first game vrs Denver than finish out losing them all. Finish out 1-15 A shameless attempt to appease the mocker Gods. I like it!Well Taylor Mays could very well end up a bengal then :|...All depends though does Carson Stay healthy? can we atleast get above average play out of the Oline? if those things happen with our improving defense I could very well see us going 10-6....But if Oline looks as bad as it did last year & Carson ends up Injured at some point 4&12-6&10 is in the cards
DC_Bengals_Fan
I think the D will solidify, the passing game should be stellar if that damn line can give Carson any time at all, and the running game has a lot of potential. But really, I've never seen such a wide open year. Even absent injury, I wouldn't balk at anything between 4-12 and 13-3. It should be fun. As long as the season doesn't get smoked on another bad snap, I think I'm ready for anything. derekshank
I have a bet with a Steeler fan at work that the Bengals will win 7 games. I asked him if I could have my money right away when they started 7-0. He looked at me to see if I was serious... and I said, "Don't worry. I have them finishing 7-9." HoosierCat
Setting aside questions about injuries, bad calls by officials, random acts of the football gods, etc...Broncos - Rusty Palmer + new o-line, backs, TEs = loss by offensive miscues. 0-1at Packers - O shows improvement, D steps up = snapped Lambeau loss streak. 1-1Steelers - O gets smothered, D wears down = the usual L at PBS. 1-2at Browns - division game, throw out record, Bengals choke = 1-3at Ravens - O finally revving up, need win to save season = 2-3Texans - Shootout at the PBS corral. Bengals score last. 3-3Bears - Offense romps, D picks Cutler 3 times. 4-3 at the bye.Ravens - Bengals stink coming off the bye. 4-4.at Steelers - Close but no cigar. 4-5at Raiders - West Coast whammy hits, Raiders are better. 4-6Browns - Another must to save the season game. 5-6.Lions - Back to .500. Again. 6-6at Vikings - 2 words: Adrian Peterson. 6-7at Chargers - West Coast whammy, take 2: 6-8Chiefs - Let the Dead Cat Bounce begin: 7-8at Jets- Wait 'til next year. (I'm serious) 8-8I still think the Bengals are a year away. If the O can gel faster maybe they get over the .500 hump. We'll see.
Thurmanation
yall are nuts...im gunna find it funny when we go maybe 7-1 to start the season and yall are freaking out about how great we are then lol. Palmer in any state other then not on the field is MVP caliber. Add in Chad easily showing his 05 roots and the addition to pro bowlers/great draft picks on the 12th over all D last year....well ill leave it at that..i still say 12-4 if the line doesnt die. TJJackson
13-3 when Odell surprises everyone with his reinstatement, singlehandedly takes the defense on his back, breaks every single season linebacking record, and turns the Bengals D into the number 1 rated unit

I like it!Well Taylor Mays could very well end up a bengal then :|...Don't toy with me, my wife would get jealous if we got TM. Just think, a number one pick who is an absolute animal and who Mikey won't have to give a ridonkulous contract to. Win freaking win.All depends though does Carson Stay healthy? can we atleast get above average play out of the Oline? if those things happen with our improving defense I could very well see us going 10-6....But if Oline looks as bad as it did last year & Carson ends up Injured at some point 4&12-6&10 is in the cardsYep, I'm sticking with 6-10 if the football Gods are still smiting us or maybe a 9-7 if things fall into place. But good God, oh for Taylor Mays. But mocker Gods, if you're reading this, we'll stink. There's no way this discontented band of simpering pussbags can play their way out of a wet paper bag.
