gregstephens
http://www.examiner.com/x-7774-Cincinnati-...o-under-the-busI couldn't resist. I thought Palmer was great, and I loved my own title, too!

Bearcat1975
If they buried Chad on the depth chart it would only help the Bengals. I fully believe that. They should just PUP him, ban him from the premises, and move on.I like what I hear about Henry though. Reminds me of the old Chad.

Funny how no one noticed then...

Clackwoods
Damn! Carson saying Henry will be number one over Chad? One constant with the Bengals is that what Carson wants, Carson gets. You do realize that he is talking about taking his snaps if he isn't there. You really think they will replace a multiple pro bowl receiver with some guy they cut just LAST SEASON? Chad may be a lot of things, but he isn't a criminal. You never know when Henry will be in trouble again and when he is, he will be joining PacMan in the UFL!
georgeoberer
I'll take Henry in a jump ball situation over chad any day. Getting seperation got to take ChadRunning down a ball?? Tough call maybe chad maybe not. Not sureReading a defense? CHAD!We don't need Chad but damn I would love to have him if he's focused and for very good reasons I really believe he will be. Call me crazy but things are falling in place that could very possibly make this team gel. I honeatly would have never said this in all my years as a bengals fan but I can see some kind of crazy stupid '81 '88 destiny. I hate this Hard Knocks $hit though!!! agreen_112
Coming from the QB, Carson Palmer, himself:In a very candid interview with Hobson, Bengals quarterback stated he expected Chris Henry to take Ochocinco's first-receiver slot when the first voluntary mini-camp snap is hiked on May 19.Just like I was saying guys, but of course my "credibility" means nothing. Henry should at least be our #2. Expect a big year from Henry, that's all I have to say.I'm loving this:About Henry, Palmer stated, "He's had an offseason like no other; he's worked here every single day. He has a great attitude. I'm just really proud of the guy."That's a lotta love coming from the QB for Henry.

Bearcat1975
I think Henry's troubles with the law are a thing of the past. He has a kid to deal with now, and everything I have heard has been positive. If he was going to get in trouble this offseason it would have already happened. Henry seems focused and intent on being the best football player he can be. I hope he makes Chad irrelevant, I'll put it that way.

The most frustrating thing is when he runs a bad route, he looks at Carson and acts like it's Carson's fault. What a dumbass. I hope he sits on the bench all year. Dadraftnick
Does anyone remember the NFL films of Chad going up to Marvin on (when Marvin first started coaching the Bengals) and telling Marvin "you have got to help me, I want to be the best that ever played the game"?Does anyone remember the stories of Chad sleeping at the stadium ?Fast forward , to Chad hiring Drew Rosenhaus, and turning him into the Anti- Christ. Its amazing how one bad agent can ruin a career, Chad was on his way of becoming a Hall Of Fame player that had fun playing the game and loved being a Bengal and he was turned into the worst stereotype of a "me first " athelete that hates, life, his teamates, and football, that would do anything to cause his team to loose.Rosenhaus has done the same thing with EVERY player he represents.I dont know what he does, if he cuts out their hearts or goes through a satanic ceremony but, Goodell should be much more worried about getting Rosenhaus out of the league or outlawing his tactics than , adding two games to the schedule or playing games overseas. I was just saying that he will be starting there when VOLUNTARY MINI CAMP starts. Chad Ochocinco won't be at that camp, which is why he will be starting. If Chad is there Chad will be starting. Henry will be our number 3 receiver this year behind Chad and Coles and your crazy if you think otherwise. Also, you can't put much behind the s**t that people say in the offseason/preseason. Jon Kitna said the Lions would win 10 games last offseason and their is always people pimping players that fall on their faces in the regular season. I really like Henry, but if he can stay out of trouble and give us 6 plus TDS this season I will be very happy!

HAPPYJAQ
Could this finally be the year that Henry turns into Randy Moss, Jr? It also helps that Henry's in a contract year, which seems to bring out the best in most players. I can't wait until August, because it's obvious that Carson knows some things about Chris that we don't. For the record, Brian Baldinger is an idiot and it's beginning to be hard to stomach these guys that have opinions on the Bengals, who follow the team through the box scores. Pidge
Well good. Henry has the same potential as Chad and hopefully the hard work this offseason is the beginning of him realising it. Chad has proven that not only can you not rely on him but that you have to game plan without him in mind. About as useful as tits on a bull last season. If he turns up at all, in person and in mind, then great. Best just forget he exists as you plan the season ahead though.Tank the season on the bench you turd. Maybe you can get a furniture ad or something.
dongarisano
Henry is going to be very very good. Chad is simply unmanageable, and must go. He has worn out his welcome severely.Check out this funny blog I found today. How Chad can ACTUALLY be productive!http://popcornmuscles.com/2009/05/tj/
