I hear ya man. I'll hit 30 in April. However, I do have a dashing flow of beautiful jet black hair. God, I'm beautiful.

Well, coming from someone who will be 38 next March... Old is a state of mind !!! It took me gaining a ton of weight when Mrs. ArmyBengal got pregnant and looking like crap to do something about it. During this deployment I dedicated myself to physical fitness and managed to lose 30 pounds. Unlike Kirk, I shave the flowing mane of hair. Hell, I'm not sure it would grow out at this point, and if it did, it would probably be grey !!!

My point is, don't let a number dictate how you feel, because at 37 I feel better than I did at 30 !!!
