HoosierCat Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 Ox, you really need to drink less on Sundays...if we hit .500 I will be stunned. Quote
duus Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I'll take 4-12, as long as the 4th win is against the Urine. Quote

akiliklingler Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 If we're not going to finish 10 - 6, then I hope we finish 3 - 13. I don't want to finish 8 - 8 again and lose out on a good draft pick. Quote

kentjett Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 Higher draft picks can kill a team. If we get a top 5 pick and he becomes a bust, it kills us financially. If it is the 20th pick, it is not as severe. Does anybody know what the price difference is between the #1 pick and the 32nd pick. Quote

BengalszoneBilly Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I'm jumping on the 10-6 bandwagon. How ya like that? You know I love ya brother, but I'm positive there is no way in hell the Bengals will salvage this season and go 10-6 for 2007. Too many very possible losses loom waiting when you consider the problems this Cincinnati team is facing on the field right now. It would be a dream if it did happen, but I guarantee it won't. Also I'll back that up by saying (here's the kicker for the deal) if I'm wrong and the Bengals go 10-6, I'll pay the price of humiliation, and eat her shorts: Quote

ArmyBengal Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 10-6 ?? I think not, but won't completely rule anything out. You just never know. I will agree with Duus though and say 4-12 wouldn't bother me so much if #4 was against the Steelers !!! I went with 8-8...WHODEY !!! Quote
WhoDey93285 Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I see 7-9 with a possibility of 8-8 if we can beat the Titans. Quote
Kazkal Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 It's grim but fat lady ain't singing yet...Till were mathematically unlimited i'll still have some hope. Quote
Bengals1 Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 If we played the ratbirds each of the remaining games, yeah, maybe. But since we don't we'll be lucky to finish near .500 Quote
Stripes Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I went with good ol' 8-8. We only have three winning teams left on the schedule, two at home. Win a couple of those and who knows....Eh, eff that. We suck. Quote
akiliklingler Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 The only way the Bengals would go to the playoffs is if they finsihed 10 - 6. So here's to hoping they win the rest of their games and here's to hoping Chris Henry doesn't get into any more trouble. I wonder which has the better chance of happening? If we don't go 10 - 6, then let's at least try to finish with a top 8 pick. A busted top draft pick can set a team back a few years, but what we need is a stud DE or DT and usually those guys are gone before you get out of the top 10. Quote
agreen_112 Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I still had hope after Buffalo. 10-6 seems do-able! Quote
cincy9275 Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 there are way to many holes on this team and 10-6 i believe will not happen nor do i want 8-8. because if we do finish with above 8-8 marv will only retain the services of f**king retard bres and resign justin keep thorton and robinson and the rest of these sorry pos's. then we will be looking at 8-8 for a long time. there are some major changes that need to be made on defense with personel and coaches and if it takes a 4-12 season to get them fixed then that's what i want. redsbengalsbucks Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I went with 8-8, but 9-7 is possible with an outside chance of a wildcard berth. Quote
duus Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 I went with 8-8, but 9-7 is possible with an outside chance of a wildcard berth.... and with that realistic statement my Bengals fan tear - the 2007 version - has trickled down the right side of my face ... and it is only November 12.
