Bengals1 Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 Okay, you're going to laugh but here it is: we're wearing our orange jerseys next Monday night. We've never lost while wearing the orange jerseys.Go ahead, look it up...Hey, it's something! Quote

agreen_112 Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 This D can't hold Moss and Brady. The Bengals better put up 60 pts if they want to win this game. Moss will get his 150 yards and 2-3 TD's. Maroney, 2 td's... What I'm looking forward to though is how we'll lineup against their 5 WR sets. We should get to see some good amount of PT from White, Ndukwe and others. Quote
Ickey44 Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 I'm not looking forward to this game at all. Quote
Stripes Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 Monday Night Football in Cincinnati against one of the best teams in the NFL?I can't friggin' wait! Quote
ShulaSteakhouse Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 They'll probably pull out a miraculous win with some freak turnovers via guys running around like chickens with their heads cut off, everyone will think they're back, then they'll bomb the next game and let everyone down like they always do. HoTbOy Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 They better start wearing those ORANGE jerseys for the rest of the season at home and on the road... Quote

If the bye kicks our asses we're in real deep doo-doo! Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 I just can't see any way this team beats the Patriots. However, after that we've got the bye and then games against KC, the Jets, Pitt, and Buffalo. Cincy ought to be getting some guys back over the bye (Kilmer, Jeanty) and more during the post-bye 4-game stretch (Chris Perry, Chris Henry).Even in the team's reduced state, I wouldn't be surprised to see them overhaul fellow wrecked teams like KC, NYJ and Buffalo. Pitt...who knows...way they are playing the Steelers ought to wax us but weird things happen in division games.Bottom line to me is, if you want good news, I can still see the Bengals clawing their way to a 4-4 record after 8. By which time they will probably be 2-3 games behind Pitt, so the AFCN crown will be all but out of reach, but they could still make a run for a WC slot. Quote
