How do you define quitting? TKO wanted to go to a team that had a winning record in the last 15 years. If you want a quitter, try looking at your avatar. How many times did Henry give little to no effort down the stretch on important plays. But he's got street cred... so it's okay.

Hell, if people took a moment to stop thinking money and personal feelings, you could make the argument that TKO is better than any linebacker on the team now. Personally, I have no ill will. If he can stop the run and improve this defense, I say bring him in. To go one further, I say bring anyone in that would help the team. But that's me. I just want to win. Discuss.

Following your line of thinking... show me somewhere that another player called TKO a quitter. That is hardly convincing evidence. Teammates not named T.O. don't do that crap.

Now... if you want some actual evidence that teammates thought Henry quit on the field, go back to the game we lost in Baltimore. At the end of the game Palmer threw a pass that Henry didn't give the slightest bit of interest in going up for. You can argue it wasn't a perfect pass... fine, but Palmer tore into his ass like I've never seen before. Palmer is the coolest most level headed QB I've ever seen, and he was pissed off! I've never seen him like that before, and the reason is, he's never had a player, in the NFL or in college, so blatantly give up on a play... especially when a great play could have won us the game.

But no... he didn't quit. I'll bet he was just tired.

Henry did quit and was unwilling to go for the ball multiple times last year. Everyone compares his physical ability to Randy Moss... but he's got some of Moss's more charming personality traits as well. It has nothing to do with fans not liking him. I like him just fine... but I'd really like to see him give he kind of effort that Housh does. But the fact is... he just doesn't.

P.S. This is supposed to be about TKO, so an obligatory comment on the subject: I'd welcome him back if Marvin thought it would help us win. I'm with Kirk there.

He's the reason why we don't need a top-tier TE in the league because of his advantage in match-ups. The question is, can you depend on him (on the field, off the field). Someone should run a poll, because I'm sure many can't depend on him. In fact, why don't you lead the charge? But do it with a little class. That way someone out there just might read something you write and not think you're an idiot.
