This game has a real desperation feel to it. I know that mathmatically we can still lose and be in. But this is HUGE game. I know many have said that this IS a playoff game.

I guess my fear is the way our team reacted against the squealers last year in the playoffs. Our players kinda choked in the 2nd half and even scarier is that our coaches really choked in the 2nd half.

ML has done a miracle building this team from what it was 4 years ago. Now, can this team play well in MUST-WIN game? Can Brat and Chuck not choke? Can the Rudi have a huge game when we need it? Can the DLine have a game when we need it?

Who cares what we are able to do against the Clowns when the entire season was not on the line. I want to see them react well to the intensity. React well to the pressure. React well when the ball doesnt get thrown your way all the time. React well to the crowd and the noise. Get over the snow and the altitude. I want to see the D play all 4 quarters.

I know all about how the schedule was brutal this year, and how CP is recovering and how the OLIne and LB's have really been banged up. BUT... to show progress this team has to make the playoffs and win a playoff game. We need to show progress and growth to build for a Super Bowl run.

IT'S TIME TO SHOW POISE AND CHARACTER IN THE FACE OF A HOSTILE CROWD ON THE ROAD AT PLAYOFF TIME!

Who Dey! Go Bengals!

(I'm a little nervous about this game if you cant tell)

You forgot to mention the offensive line who played their worst game in many years (IMHO) last week in Indianapolis! Carson Palmer had absolute s**t for protection, and Rudi for the most part had nothing to run through! <_<

No other way to look at it ... a must win. If the '06 Bengals are to be a playoff team, they must win this game.

Yup. The thing that strikes me is how often some fans define a game as being a "must win". I've actually seen it happen as early as the first game of the season and on other occasions I've watched as fans declare half of the games in a season as a must win.

Pay attention, people. This is what a must game looks like.

Trot out the cliches. Their backs are against the wall. It's do or die time. It's now or never. It's all on the line. This one is for all of the marbles. Bro's before ho's.

Stuck in Tulsa, none of my usual good luck rooting stuff around me. Maybe being an extra 400 miles closer to the Bengals than usual will make up for that...

At least it's on over-the-air here.
