kentjett
Nov 5 Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad Johnson blew up after the team's Week 9 loss. Johnson, frustrated over how he has been under-utilized, only had four receptions for 32 yards during the game. "Anybody have the stats for today?" Johnson asked at one time during his post-game interview session. "Four - that sucks. You have your best player, and you can't even get him the (expletive deleted) ball. I just go out there and get the job done. But now, all of a sudden, there is a problem this year. How many catches did I get? Four. That (expletive deleted) sucks, too." He is on pace for 80 receptions for 976 yards and four touchdowns. He also made a non-serious reference to retiring. I'm getting tired of him acting like a little girl everytime he doesn't have a big game. He is one hell of a wide reciever but someone needs to step up and smack the s**t out of him. This team doesn't lack talent, we have no leadership. Chad is supposed to be the veteran leader but he continues to pout after every game. DaveShula
He's the 3rd best receiver game after game. He's a worthless baby this year.Bench him for next week.
CBin2k7
He is still the best receiver on this team, and one of the top WR's in the game. Don't let the stats fool you. If Carson gets time he will find Chad. CJ can only run the routes that are called for him, and I believe they are not doing enough to get him the ball.I would be mad too, if I could help the team win and I didn't get the ball. Ox
I agree 100% with the guy. If I were one of the biggest playmakers in the game and I didn't get the damn'd ball thrown to me, I'd be pissed too. However, he should be pissed at the O-Line if anybody. Kazkal
Chad is a asshat lets cut him!Chad is TO jr lets kick him off the team!Let's shoot all retarded fans....wait I was being serious on that one.
kentjett
If you think anybody is retarded for thinking that Chad is a immature baby, you have issues. He definitely has a lot of skill but he complains way too damn much. He needs to be a leader instead of crying like a kid all the time. Palmer throws to the open reciever whether its Chad or not. If Chad would go across the middle more often, he would get more balls. We need Chad in order to get everybody else open but he needs to understand that everytime he looses control, he brings a lot team moral down with him. He needs to quit acting like a little kid and be a man.
HoosierCat
I can't argue with anything Chad says. Tho unlike Clark Judge here...http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9780980...I don't think it's indicative of a meltdown. Chad's right: the Bengals suck and the excuses are getting old.Good to see him...and Carson...and TJ getting p*ssed off. An angry team would be a good thing. PMThor
I just saw him interviewed on NBC....He honestly looked like he was about to cry. Really, he looked that upset.
The Brew Man
He did look ready to cry. I cant say I agree though, Chad is being targeted alot, id bet as much or more than anyone on the team by alot. The problem is Carson. He doesnt seem healthy and Chad is getting the short end of his inconsistency.

AGrizzlyBaer
everyone is reaching a breaking point... tj with the helmet slam, marvin with his hands on his hips, carson chewing out henry on the side line... its starting to get ugly
BengalPimp
He's the 3rd best receiver game after game. He's a worthless baby this year.Bench him for next week.Man, are you smokin crack with O'dell ? cuz you MUST BE HIGH....if you bench Chad...Henry will not catch a pass...TJ is as solid as they come with arguably the best hands in the league...but his catches will be in heavy traffic, so no big plays.....for once....just for once I would like to hear Chris Henry THANK CHAD JOHNSON...because if Chad wasnt getting doubled...they would probably put 2 defenders on Henry to prevent the Big play....Be a Man Henry, when Chad is Frustrated..go to him and say "you know, part of my big play was because they focused more on you chad, so thanks" As emotional as Chad is, somebody saying that to him would prevent him from being so frustrated, because even if his numbers may not show it, he would know that he is helping the team....His frustration isnt so much from not getting the ball, He is such a Fierce competitor that if his team loses and they didnt give him many opportunities to help change the game, How could he not be frustrated? The games they have won in which he didnt have very good numbers, he never said a word, only that the whole defense was covering him, but they won so its all good. CHAD WANTS TO WIN....and if they dont and they werent getting him the ball, Honestly how can you argue that if they didnt run more plays for him that the outcome might not have been different?GUARANTEED that if Chad wasnt in the game NO WAY Henry catches a 71 yard pass, cuz he would have multiple defenders on him. In Chad's defense, the O-line hasnt given Carson enough time for Johnson to free himself up, break off his routes when doubled and find an open space. also Carson accuracy still isnt back to where he was before, as I have seen many of his passes sail too high or have been too short. Stripes
No sympathy here. Chad is being a baby, and he needs to shut his mouth. He shows up the rest of the team by calling himself the best player, and then immediately assumes his impact or lack-thereof is the cause for losing games. If he wants the ball so bad, then maybe he should just tell Carson to force it his way regardless of coverage or pressure so we can lose every game by 20 when Carson gets picked five times. jjakq27
I am disappointed in his effort on the interception by Rolle early in the game. Yes it was a little high and yes he was about to get jacked up but I think that is why he is out there right. To make the tough catches and be the playmaker he says he is.He has certainly backed up his talking over the years but that play was critical. The front office should listen to Chad and really do something about the playcalling. Chad's a playmaker and Rudi is a horse. Brat needs to feed Rudi the ball at least 20 times per game and look for the playmaker to make big plays. Chad is NOT being utilized and he's not crying either, simply stating the facts. SkinneymulleT
Does the chad of last year catch carson's 1st int? I think he does. Ever since the browns hit, he has been afraid to go get the ball if a safety is comes over! I watched that over and chad clearly holds his body back. TJ would have had itt! jjakq27
That was Henry who didn't go for that ball, not cj.I'm talking about Rolle's INT in the first quarter, not the long pass to Henry late in the game.
