That's a pretty badass pic....right for Halloween too.

No Jinx. Noooo Jinx. You can't really jinx Chad more this year anyway. His numbers are down and he took a vicious hit (got back up)....

plus I don't know where they get this idea of him being 'a bad boy'. Has he done anything on the field to hurt an opponent? Been busted for off the field antics? Done anything to hurt the league? Nope.

Chad is probably the biggest NFL promoter out there right now...

That's the funny part about this whole "no celebration"/"Chad Johnson" rule stuff -- the NFL should be thrilled about having somebody like CJ that people who don't really know much about football still know and talk about. Personally, it's all a little silly to me -- worth a laugh occasionally, but it's getting the TD that counts. But, based on what I've seen of Monday Night Goofball, for example, so far this season I'm not exactly their current target audience.

After hearing that SI deemed him cover worthy, Johnson exclaimed Tuesday, “Wednesday? That’s funny because that’s when I’m going to go back to being my old self.”

“Marvin, I love you to death,” is how Johnson is going to explain it to head coach Marvin Lewis. “Trust me. It’s for the good of the team.”

“I’m not having fun. I wake up. I go to work. I come home. That’s boring,” Johnson said of his reserved persona that he has had for most of this season. “It’s too dull. I go out for games and I’m flat. I don’t talk. I need to use my mouth to get motivated. I don’t feel I have the motivation.”

“I’m going to turn the ‘H’ into an ‘F,’ ” Johnson said. “DeAngelo Hall will turn into DeAngelo Fall.”

"I'm going to turn the 'H' into an 'F,' " Johnson said. "DeAngelo Hall will turn into DeAngelo Fall."

Well that kills my prediction that Chad would hold off on the D. Hall smack this week.

I like Chad's enthusiasm, but I don't care to have him doing things on the field that his head coach has speficially advised against him doing.

I've yet to hear Marvin say anything negative about Chad's antics. This really seems like something Chad pulled out of his ass. It's something he did before the playoff game too. Marvin admitted that Chad just threw him under the bus, and that Marvin made no such requests of him.
