BuckeyeDan
Hopefully, the Browns will fire Mo Carthon, and find some consistency on both sides of the ball, and make a much better game of it in November in Cleveland.........but today it just wasn't happening.During the first quarter, we couldn't do ANYTING right on either side of the ball.During the second and third quarter, our defense actually managed to slow the Bengal offense down some, but our offense would gain some yards then give away the ball, and well......... you saw the game.....it kinda went downhill form there !!But you guys paid an awfully high price for that W today in terms of injuries............ MAN, it seemed like every time you turned around, another Bengal player was hurt............. that sucks !!Especially with your guys going to Pissburgh next week !!Good luck against the Stoolers..........drop them to 1 - 2 !!!! Stripes
Good luck against the Stoolers..........drop them to 1 - 2 !!!!Well, the Bengals will do their best to do so assuming the Jags win. Either way, 2-1 and 1-2 are both less than 3-0. Thanks for the props, BD. I don't think the Browns are as bad a team as they've looked the first two weeks. It'll take some time for all the new faces to gel, and I still think Frye could be a solid player with talent around him.Hopefully your guys quiet the Ravens down next week. Pinkygen
Thanks, its appreciated. We'll do our best against Pittsburgh, and then against the treacherous bird team that everyone has suddenly in love with. Good luck rebuilding. Trust us, it takes a while. BuckeyeDan
Thanks Buckeye Dan. It's a pretty classy thing for you to say so. I would love to be LESS classy and MORE happy right now following a Browns win, but THE TRUTH is THE TRUTH !!..... we played okay in SMALL bursts and never on both sides of the ball at the same time, and until we do, I am STUCK with being "classy" and not happy !!If we can play four quarters of football instead of two quarters or football and two quarters of CRAP, then I think we have a chance vs the Stinkbirds next Sunday, because they ARE NOT as good as those scores make them seem. Tampa Bay and Oakland blow big time and have COMBINED for a whopping NINE points (zero TDs) in 16 quarters of ball between them !!
Spain
Keep the win give me hte players back, we had some bad luck!
NYBengalfan
Keep the win give me hte players back, we had some bad luck!Definitely!!!!! we need DJ, Pollack, and Braham. One thing about Richie is that we have good depth at the line anyway, we can afford to let him heal properly.
ArmyBengal
Keep the win my ass !!! While I'm not happy with the injuries and have doubts with the secondary and DJ being out, the depth we have needs to step up and cover down while the guys heal up. If they don't step up, then we don't deserve to win. DO YOUR JOB !!! You don't give back wins and especially not to Divisional rivals !!!WHODEY !!!
