Exactly what I was thinking.

Yep, Gold Star at the stadium, but agree that Skyline would be a cool sponsor.

Going to watch a game at the Chili Bowl !!!

That rains on the parade. Gold Star Stadium doesn't sound bad though. The gate naming would also be a good idea, methinks.

You know, Skyline could probably buy the naming rights AND provide the chili from now on depending on the contract...

I have no problem with naming rights if the team needs another outlet for revenue....

I dont go to games to look at the name anyway.. I want to see the product On The Field...

Absolutely true, but the point is it seems like such a sell out, doesn't it? Then again...welcome to "Capitalism 2006!" If George W. Bush can sell out his own party on immigration, (hold on... :offtopic: which btw is the 1st right thing he's done in months!) then what's not for sale? :blink:
