  1. This whole situation is garbage. The Bills' should have forfeited, period. Bengals' are really the only team penalized by this, and I knew it would be that way. But whatever.
  2. They had a 57% chace of winning at the time, if the league has to make a decision...you either penalize the Bengals' for absolutely no reason, or the team who was losing and who's player caused the cancellation/suspension. Time left etc..., doesn't matter in this case. If it was tied then maybe you call it a tie. It's not about feelings, or being silly, or disrespecting or coddling anyone, it's sports and business. It's not personal, it's a business decision. I'm not sure I 100% agree with it either, but if they are going to "award" an outcome, that is the one I would want to see. F#k ties. (but that's just me - sorry for tone not aimed at you AB)
  3. They will be fine by Sunday I'm sure.
  4. May not be their choice. Unfortunately their player is the one who caused the cancellation, it's not to be callous or insensitive, but with a greater than 50% chance of winning the game statistically speaking at the time of stoppage, if you need to award a victory to keep things in-place, without a make-up date/game, you give it to the Bengals' instead of penalizing them with a tie in this case.
  5. Here's what's sure to be an unpopular scenario: Give the win to the Bengals' since they were ahead when the game was called.
  6. Yeah I don't know how they get the game in before Sunday and still keep teams on a reasonable schedule. Bills' likely flew home as it's easier to do that 1.5 hour flight than book hotel rooms etc.., for another night. Only option I can see is tonight or tomorrow - but I don't know how they do that. You can't penalize either team for it, or other teams, it'll be interesting to see what they do.
  7. I hope he's ok. Life can be harsh. I've lost half a dozen family/friends over the last 2 years in tragic fashion, no one's lighting up the city for them. Surely there's a medical update on his general condition by now? I assumed the NFL would re-schedule the rest of the game tonight, because outside of that, I don't know what they're going to do. You can't penalize other players/teams and fans. I completely understand suspending the game though.
  8. Probably gonna be all about bend-don't-break on Def all night, and how often someone doesn't.
  9. Down go the Ravens
  10. Yeah, and why I hope they'll get upset at some point before they play the Bengals (do not want to have to beat a team for the 4th time in a row,). Buffalo may be a bigger problem, will see I guess.
  11. #1 seed all-but off the table after KC win today. Not surprised of course, all about the #2 and has been. Congrats to Dalton's Saints upsetting the Eagles I guess.
  12. His #'s aren't terrible, just extremely pedestrian in LA. Nothing around him, but he's probably showing that he isn't anyone's franchise back, but a career journeyman if he wants to keep playing. Definitely a nice vet back-up to have. Am guessing he'll have to accept competing for a spot from here on out, at best. Will join Dalton and Brissett.
  13. I expect some frustrating plays and/or sacks given-up, etc.., but they won with worse last year this time.

  15. Mac Jones deserves a fine.
  16. It doesn't matter, it'll be cold enough, and windy.
  17. Hopefully not over his hand.
  18. It's going to be 5 degrees Sat. during the game I believe. -15 that night for a low. Not so sure about chancing hammy's and gimpy muscle injuries I guess.
  19. Might have to sign some bodies this week, at this point. Gunter and Sample are literally just placeholder bodies (Gunter looks slow as hell). But figure they'l stick with who they have. Maybe design more stuff or get Akeem in there again on 3rd downs/passing downs as they need speed/athleticism in the worst way on the edge. Sample/Gunter give them almost nothing.
