  1. Yeah both his hands were stiff, back I'm guessing, not good.
  2. Man hope he'll be alright, sucks.
  3. oh lord dislocated finger
  4. How is this offense this bad? 3 great WR's.
  5. Burrow looks really off.
  6. Got lucky there. Tua sliced-up the Bengals' D. Better figure that shi% out.
  7. Get a free trial for one of the streaming services - watching on YouTube TV.
  8. 2-3 nice runs by Mixon is a good sign. A little help there - 2 games in a row with opening drive TD's.
  9. It was the timing of it - he started his motion after Hurst was down, not before, and hit him in the upper chest/head area as well when he was defenseless. I'm all for calling that on any body. I like healthy players.
  10. Thank you refs for calling that shi%, so stupid players still do that crap.
  11. Hurst looks and is built like a Pro Wrestler, I take a match-up on a small S or CB and him any day. Mixon for 1.
  12. Old news by now, suspended for season pending appeal. The NFL says it found another hit in the same game vs Indy: https://sports.yahoo.com/vontaze-burfict-nfl-suspension-doyle-hit-003048335.html It seems obvious the NFL doesn't want him representing their brand on or off the field any longer. He really needs to retire and seek medical help for his concussion issues. Sanu traded from Falcons to Pats: https://sports.yahoo.com/report-patriots-trade-for-mohamed-sanu-send-secondround-pick-to-falcons-123859837.html And people wonder why the Patriots are sort of making a joke out of the rest of the league? They want to win more, and they are smarter than everyone else. And of course they have a HOF QB who takes care of the ball and is deadly accurate and knows his system in his sleep, that never requires a major overhaul as a result. Could really have used Sanu or Marvin Jones on this team right now. Just another dumb personnel decision centered around being cheap. They'd rather pay a Bobby Hart $5 mil a year just to fill an open spot, than to build depth at an important position where guys are getting injured a lot. Having a Sanu/Boyd or Jones/Boyd duo out there right now would really help this team, IF they had an o-line of course.
  13. In case anyone cares... Metcalf is a freak and stole the day. He may cause some adjustments to early top 10 mocks, not sure (still catching-up). There's a bunch of freaky fast and big WR's in this draft, Isabella smoked a 4.31" also and that guy is built like a LB. 3 Ohio State WR's finish in top 8 of best 40" times. I've always really liked Campbell and McLaurin, especially Campbell's potential and ability to run the ball or even return kicks. Dixon is interesting too, didn't get a ton of targets in college, all those guys had to share the wealth. Saw someone at NFl.com, I believe, mock TE Noah Fant to the Bengals' at #11. Not sure I'd be happy with that, as good as he may end-up being. They simply need a blocking TE or two who can catch a little right now IMO, a dynamic/top flight TE can wait. Murray not throwing at Combine and of course Arizona are rumored to be exploring him as their #1 pick and trading Rosen. Haskins has looked good throwing the ball, had a 4.5+ forty time, is still the consensus #1 QB from scouts. Gotta think he ends-up a Giant, if not a Buccaneer. Nick Bosa already warning Arizona not to pass on him. Still wonder if he'll just be as injury-prone as his brother. If someone like Daniel Jones falls to the Bengals, I still wonder if they're going to be able to pass or not. He improved his stock today. But I'm still firmly in the #1 LB or OT camp, trading-down or not.
  14. I thought he was the right pick for the Browns, at least as far as QB's go. Will be interesting to see how far and how quickly he pushes Taylor (adding Landry and having Gordon back along with Chubb at RB makes them interesting for once). Same with Jackson in Baltimore, who could make some teams look pretty bad for passing on him if he pans out early on, and Flacco struggles enough. All it takes is an 0-2 or 0-3 start for either team, and we're seeing them twice a year I guess.
  15. From bengals.com: I can see this happening if the top rated WR (Ridley) manages to fall that far (doubtful) and McGlinchy isn't there either. But what realistic scenario has him falling that far? At #21, if the top rated player at any position is there, outside of ST's and FB, I would think they'd get heavy consideration regardless. But I don't really expect that to be the case.
  16. Will be hard to pass him up.
  17. I salute thee. Link "But that's not the end of the story from last weekend. At the end of the game, the guys fashion a sign that reads "MIKE BROWN IS A JOKE" and one of the heroes holds it up right in front of Mike's face. That causes Katie Blackburn to lean outside of her box and try and rip it from his hands. Unsuccessful (what else is new), Katie yells "That's not called for. You don't know how hard it is to run an NFL franchise." Some of the other Bengals fans had some colorful responses to Katie's temper tantrum."
