I’m sure the Cards defense will adjust so my question moving forward in this game how will the Bengals coaches adjust to the Cards. -

QB school on YouTube has a good breakdown on the Bengals offense, and all I have to say is what a Shit Show it is. This O-line coach is the biggest crap and I swear has no clue how to coach these guys, and the whole offense is not on the same page at all. It’s worth a watch if anyone wanted to see the crap they put out there lol -

Burrow says the calf has not hurt his ability to throw the ball, it has hurt his mobility. Then damn Joe what happened to your accuracy, where is the long ball at, if the calf has not hurt you throwing then something else is off The video they showed though he looks good in practice moving around so hopefully that will be a good sign. -

I have no doubt the calf is messing with him, and still think it’s messing with his mind as well. With that said if he is worse then what they are saying then this is very irresponsible of Burrow and the coaches for leaving him out there, not to mention not fair to his teammates. Once again I don’t know what to think, all I know is this is very frustrating knowing the talent on this team and how shitty they look. -

My guess and like I said just my guess right now is just mental in his head. I’m sure every time he goes back to pass he is just worried about re injuring the calf. Like I said even with time his accuracy has been so bad his mechanics throwing are just off. I’m sure the calf bothers him enough that it’s in his head all the time when playing. It’s probably a soft tissue issue that needs to strengthen over time. I do blame the coaching though big time, they know Joe is not right now but still asking him to throw it 40 times is just stupid. You have Mixon running hard having a great season, but refuse to run the ball even 30 times a game. Zac has been terrible thus far calling plays and I wish someone would take it over. Hopefully somehow someway Joe starts looking like his old self again. Hopefully the defense learns to tackle again, just like Joe this defense is lost as well half the the time. I know the offense is not helping, but they need to play better as well -

Yea I agree with that. If they were told to rest him because it would heal they would be doing that already. I also agree it may be all about strengthening the calf muscle back up how he goes about doing that I have no clue. Thats why I still think some of the things that are wrong is mental. So maybe he is worried about getting it hurt again, so he does not push off the foot, or run around like he used to. -

Unfortunately it seems unless Burrow says to Zac I think I should rest my calf over the next few games it will not happen. Burrow continues to say he can go, and the coaches continue to believe in him that he can. Guess they are just hoping that it will heal itself by playing. Or maybe there is some clause in his contract if he does not play games he will not get paid lol lol -

I think Zac has some say, but in the end it’s Burrows calf and if he feels like he can do it they are going to let him play. At this point who knows how bad the calf is, the fact is he is practicing and was not on the injury report at all last week. So with another week of practice you would think he would be more in rythem with his WR, but that was far from the case last week. So does Burrow suck right now because of his calf, because he did not get the reps he needs in the offseason, is it because he is mentally not there yet? So many questions, but this is not the same QB we saw last year. I just wonder how much practice it takes for him to start feeling comfortable again. Hopefully he finds his MoJo soon. -

They play Burrow because Burrow says he can play until Burrow says otherwise expect him out there. How hurt is he who know only he does, but if he feels like he is good enough to play, then maybe it’s just not his calf that is the problem right now. His accuracy is terrible, the play calling is even worse, he does not move in the pocket (if the calf is not as bad as we think then he needs to move more), the o-line looks the same as other years, he rufuses to run the ball, we could go on but what’s the point! However if Burrow is worse then what he is saying then blame Burrow, for not speaking up, they didn’t pay him all this money to play him and get him more hurt. There has to be more to the story then what we here and we won’t know. Oh when the hell do they fire this o-line coach what a disappointment. Every year they get players who were great for other teams they come here and are somehow worse. It’s either his coaching or this shitty playbook Zac has. -

I have no faith in Zac or do I think he should be fired, but he needs to give up playcalling. It’s like this every year, they had to figure out after 4 games last year something new. He has no clue how to scheme for his top players at all, he refuses to run the ball even when it works. So now he has to design a offense around a player that is not 100 percent, and he can not do it. Sorry he might be a ok head coach, but he has been a piss poor play caller at the beginning of season, worst part is it’s only gotten worse this year. They have fixed it in the past before and went on a 8 game win streak so hopefully they can figure something out, but my confidence is down. So I am a bit concerned about Burrow, and not just his calf. Sure he is physically off, but I also wonder if he is mentally off as well. We all say he is not 100 percent, but he obviously practices all week, he is not even on the injury list. If he was that bad and couldn’t play, I do believe he would be sitting. Is he a 100 percent no, but he and everyone thinks he is good enough to play. So even when the o-line gives him time his throws are so inaccurate which is a bit concerning, the fact he is practicing all week he should be in better rythem with his WRs and he is not. I don’t know it seems more then just his calf to me, hopefully he gets back into the swing of things, but you can just tell even with his press conference he is just not him. -
Can he call plays? That’s what they need someone who can call plays. I remember last couple years Burrow just throwing it up and letting his receivers catch it, as of now that’s not happening. Chase just got done saying he is always open, and I believe he is, but the offense is scared as hell right now to throw it more then 5 yards down the field, it’s like watching the 90’s bengals all over again. As much I don’t like Mahomes, last year he hurt his ankle even had to sit a game or so, went out playing limpy and still was completing passes and winning games, even a Super Bowl. How the hell does that happen still think the coaches gave him a chance to win, where bengals coaches don’t give Burrow a chance.
-
So it seems the coaches are saying let’s play physical AFN defense football, and will run a west coast offense with short passes and screens everywhere. That’s all great however your defense is so inconsistent good one game sucks the next, and your offense can’t run this west coast style, your screen game sucks. So with all of this it’s starting to look like the season is slipping away, all because of a nagging calf injury!
-
Guess Burrow should have been on IR and let him come back in week 5. He keeps telling coaches he is good enough to play, the coaches continue to believe him. You can clearly see he is no good, they have to make a playbook specifically for a hurt calf, that is not fair to his teammates. I don’t know guys this has become such a joke at this point.
-
17 yards the Bengals longest play of the day ugh sad stat
-
Might as well sit him, his mechanics are trash, and maybe that’s why he looks so bad. At this point the season is just slipping away. I just hope this has to do with calf and not because he all of a sudden can’t throw the ball lol
-
All these FN receivers and you throw it down the field like once. Titans creep up to the line of scrimmage and you throw screens for losses! Zac your playbook is FN terrible, your pass game is the biggest joke in the NFL. So much talent wasted, because you have no clue how to scheme your gosh darn players.

It amazes me how the Browns made this team look like nothing last week. This week that same team makes the Bengals look like nothing. Guess that show what kind of team the Bengals really are at this point.
-
LOL what a bad team
-
10 min off the clock and the Titans score Well guys at this point looking at this team, maybe the Bengals are just not a good team this year.
