2022 UDFA Thread

Recommended Posts

Good note from Andre on the twitters:

Entering the Draft, the Bengals had 66 players under contract.

With 5 drafted players & just 1 remaining pick (assuming no trades), Bengals can sign up to 18 college players as UDFAs today after the draft without having to cut anyone.

UDFA maneuvering has already begun.

The Bengals are getting the best long snapper in the draft class (and the only one on ESPN's draft big board).

Clark Harris has been the Bengals long-snapper for 12 seasons. Now, Cal Adomitis enters the mix.

“With versatility such a huge part of NFL Draft evaluation, Heiligh ticks several boxes here. He’s seen reps both outside and in the slot at the college level. His scouting report would suggest that he has the ability to do the same in the NFL. Furthermore, he possesses both punt and kick return experience, adding another layer of versatility“

got some versatility

and some return skills
