Your baseball musing have turned out to be prophetic.

Good, the owner has this coming and more.

Sure, feel free to make whatever comments you want about "Where are they going to go" when talking about the fans discontent.
Feel free to insert snide comments about moving the team to be profitable.

However, you have to be prepared when fans simply don't show up and Reds fans will actually take a stand as is evident in attendance.
Think it's hard to make money having to pay all those good players to field a competitive team ??
How much harder is it when there are no butts in the seats ??  Those absent butts aren't buying concessions or merchandise either.

The Castellini's can eat a dick.  This is what they deserve. Tone deaf motherfuckers.

ESPN grades the first month of each team’s season.

Quote

Cincinnati Reds: F--

Playoff odds: 0.2%, down 9.4%. Yes, that's an F-minus-minus; we also debated a Z. This start, on top of a complete bummer of an offseason. On the bright side: Plenty of good seats available!

Best storyline: None. Nothing. Fans are wearing bags over their heads and bringing "Sell the team" signs to the ballpark. Cincinnati went 3-18 in April, matching the 2018 Reds for the worst record after 21 games since the 2003 Tigers went 2-19. That Tigers team finished 43-119, so it's not outrageous to think this team could challenge the 1962 Mets' modern record of 120 losses in a season. Joey Votto has struggled so much that he has written existential tweets comparing a slump to being in a labyrinth you can't escape from. May began with another loss, pushing the Reds to 3-19.

Mulligan: It's one thing when a team puts players in positions they're not good at to get more offense, but the Reds have been playing bad offensive players at positions they are also terrible at defensively. One recent lineup featured a lineup of Jake Fraley in center field, Colin Moranat third base, Kyle Farmer at shortstop and Brandon Drury at second base. These are dark days in Cincinnati, like a labyrinth with no exit.

I'm bathing in the glory of imagining how absolutely irritating this is to Phil Castellini.

Stupid comments, story of about 30 employees walking out, Reds can't win, planes with banners, and now no one shows up for the games.
Oh my God, this is wonderful.  I can't wait to see what happens next.

FUCK YOU PHIL CASTELLINI !!!

AWESOME !!!  The Bad News Reds !!!

So the die hard fans that still find it in their hearts to show up and support, get treated to that ??
Something tells me they will find something better to do in the near future.

Hear that Castellini ??  That's the sound of fans weed eating and edging their driveway instead of watching the Reds.
Something tells me, they will be better off for it.

If you put a prison kitchen grease fire in a dumpster, then shoved that dumpster into a toxic waste disposal site and you did it while watching gross geriatric Madonna gyrate around singing “Like a Virgin” in her old lady voice, that is the 2022 Reds.  It’s mid May and they aren’t into double digit wins yet.  That owner’s son, man, what a fucking disaster.

If you wake up one day and you’re back in high school on your senior prom night and you finally got that totally hot cheerleader on her back and even though you barely even know what you’re doing you’re giving it to her pretty good then suddenly she turns into the decomposing old crone from the bathtub in “The Shining” and she’s clawing you and kissing you with her maggoty face, that’s the 2022 Reds, except just subtract the part where you were fucking the hot cheerleader.

Ok the tribe has lost 3 of their last 4.  They’re under .500, and they are not good.  That manager basically gets them a bunch of wins they don’t deserve.  He’s great.  But here come the Reds for two consecutive games in the Mistake.  It wouldn’t surprise me a bit to see the Reds sweep the Guardians.  We basically suck and it’s starting to really show.
