LB51 Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 Last night on NFL network Rich Eisen was interviewing Chad and Ray Lewis together. Apparantly, they talk to each other a few times a week during the season(except for Cin v Bal weeks) and Ray gives advice and ideas on TD celebrations. I had no idea that these guys were tight. Just thought it was interesting. Quote

Miami?Yea he did, in Liberty City which is perhaps the roughest part of Miami.Where Chad grew up at is not a "bad" part of town, and the house looks pretty middle class. I passed it this summer when I was in Miami, a former student of mine took me past the house. Quote
Whur CHad At? Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Could this be a sign of someone coming here next year...? Quote
CantStop85 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Could this be a sign of someone coming here next year...?Only if Chad takes over the head coaching position. Quote
Whur CHad At? Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Chad needs to get celebration advice from Jerry Rice, or Master P. Quote
Ben ROFLisberger Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 ROFL @ Chad trying to take celebration advice from Ray-Ray.I thought the throat-cutting gesture was 'slashed' from the rulebook. Quote

Stripes Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Gives greater credibilty to the rumor of Ray Ray wanting to come here. I wouldn't doubt that he wants to play here, with all the young talent around him and all the Marvin Lewis coaching him. Still, the prospects of it actually happening are less than minimal. Quote

NJ29 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 The key part of my statement was him wanting to come here. I agree that it won't happen. Quote
Whur CHad At? Posted February 7, 2006 Report Posted February 7, 2006 It would be sweet to get him. We will just cut Simmons and move Ray-Ray to the Strong side. It could happen. But it won't. But you never know. Quote
derekshank Posted February 7, 2006 Report Posted February 7, 2006 Ray would probably be really good for the defense. His effectiveness is the energy and passion he gives to a unit through leadership, so age isn't the issue there.However... he'd be too much money for a position we don't have a need in... and besides, I hate him. He'll always be a Raven in my book. Quote
