I have seen things like this occur in Pittsburgh to opposing fans, generally by drunken morons in the parking lot. I have never seen it occuring en masse throughout the stands. NOT ANYWHERE BUT IN CINCINNATI!!! That's all I'm saying. Also, like a moron, I have been hit attempting to defend the opposing team's fans at Heinz Field. I don't like to see senseless violence for any reason, certainly not over a frigging game.

Also, even if this behavior were the norm in other cities, as many of you have argued, WHICH I ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT, does that make it any better? You people need to seriously address this. I would go ballistic if I saw Steeler fans throwing bottles on the field here or there, I would be incensed if I saw women in Bengals gear getting assaulted at Heinz Field. It casts a terrible shadow on your fans and your town.

If you guys want to come here on a fact finding mission next season, wear your Bengal gear, tailgate with me and see what happens.

I wear black and gold, and wave my towel at every game I have been to. I have been to San Diego for MNF, Denver a couple years ago, and the fans would give me a hard time, but I never had anything thrown on me at either game. San Diego had some awesome fired up fan cheers in the parking lot between both teams fans, but nothing out of hand. I understand being pissed off and feeling cheated, but the visiting fans have nothing to do with that.

Well good morning Losers, its unfortunate what happened to your QB and I feel for ya, however with that stated, I am disappointed in the Bungal faithful pointing all the fingers at Steeler fans. Contrary to Cincinnati popular belief, one bad apple dosen't ruin the whole bushel. Just because you had a couple eggheads sitting in front of you dosent mean all Steeler fans are rotten, but that is the Cincinnati personality, yes, it truely is. I was at PBS and watched my belovid Steelers wup that AZZ, again, and was astonished at the so called faithful Bungal fans that left so early...not true fans. That dosen't happen at the Heinz...of course we aren't used to losing there much either....lol. Anyway, its not to late to jump ship and come on over to a winning team..........I guess I'll go bug the Indy message board.............until next year, well maybe I'll stop in every once and awhile and say hello Losers....LMAO Again!

Oh yea, one more thing copy cats, don't use the white towels from Budget Inn, its not you, use the official Myron Cope Terrible Towels that WE patented in 1975.

Got nothing wrong with showing team support by showing up in opposing teams stadium and cheering for your team- wearing a jersey or cheering for good plays is fine in my book-

Got a big problem with fans 'cheering' when any player, opposing team or not, is laying on the field hurt. Group of A$$ hole Steeler fans in front of us at the stadium yesterday were actually cheering loudly when the cart came out for Carson. I mean this is the same team's fans that star quarterback is about one more good hit away from being done for the year.

I used to give Steeler fans credit for showing support by traveling well for road games, but some of the crap they were doing yesterday has made me change that view- the stupid signs they brought, the 'Here We Go Steelers' chant heard over and over again at the bars downtown before the game and at the game, the 'We Dey' stuff... All of it drove me crazy enough that we got tickets for the Colts game just to watch them get blasted out of the RCA Dome.... oh wait, are they going to complain again about the Colts pumping in crowd noise?

Couple of quick thoughts from the game:

- Whose idea was the white towels? First of all they should of been orange to stick out better, and next time pass them out all over the place- seemed like hardly anyone had one

- Not happy with the showing of Bengals fans in the stands... been too a lot of NFL playoff games and was thinking that the Jungle would be going crazy after 15 years of no playoffs, nice weather day, late kickoff, but crowd overall seemed lame before the game

- 10 minutes left in the game and place clearing out- unreal

- Pollack- finally! A nice bright spot for next year

- Kitna, either got to resign him or get someone legit as backup just in case

- Steelers- on the road to replacing the Browns at the big rival for the Bengals

I am only here because I believe if you post on a board before a game, you have to stay for awhile after the game.
