HoosierCat
Equals legendary and should-be-hall-of-famer Ken "the Rattler" Riley. Almost broke the record with a miss before the Browns' last FG...but he's got 3 games to get No. 10.Once again...thank you Mike "I couldn't develop a CB if my life depended on it" Shanahan! Junglelove4
Anyone know the record for interceptions in a single season? That would be cool if he was at least getting close to it and maybe had a chance of breaking it.

That would be cool if he was at least getting close to it and maybe had a chance of breaking it. The record is 14 by Richard Lane of the Detroit Lions in 1952. Deltha would need 5 picks in three games to tie the mark (thank you, Captain Obvious), but it could happen. http://www.infoplease.com/ipsa/A0909367.html

Stripes
It definitely could happen if we played the Bears all three of those games <g> Well we do play one more NFC North team this week, the Lions, who will be playing Jeff Garcia. I think Deltha could easily come down with a couple picks.
ShulaSteakhouse
That's an impressive record - Riley was awesome and of course the best Bengals' CB in franchise history.Deltha will challenge that if he stays here long. I just like a guy who doesn't give up deep routes and let people get behind him - and when balls are thrown in front of him - he's always right there trying to make a play on the ball or tackling someone immediately. You hardly ever see much separation between he and a WR unless they are in a prevent or deep zone.Love the guy and think he's one of the top 5 CB's in the league now.See, FA's (vets via trade or signing) ARE indeed worthwhile. Imagine if Marvin went out and signed Deltha's equivalent at DE S or DT next year? One guy can make a big difference.
