Reuben (Barely) Drunkens

Browns running back Reuben Droughns was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence early Tuesday, reports the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. The alleged offense occurred early Tuesday morning after Droughns was pulled over for going 50 mph in a 35 mph area. He then blew the legal limit of .08, according to Lt. Rick Zwayer of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

I guess the driver loses in case of ties, eh?

If he's at the legal limit, then how drunk could he have been? How could law enforcement been aware of the situation? He couldn't have been too swirvy on the road. Perhaps Mr. Droughns cannot stomach his whisky, but I am still confused.

The law reads you may not meet or exceed....

He was aware because the dude was doing 15 miles over the speed limit.

Hey! Give the guy break! It was his first offense I think!

(Kind of a touchy subject for me right now. Wonder why?) :P

Still, he's dumb because he had drinks, but not enough to get drunk. So why is he driving around all stupid-like?

Because people are human and are occasionally prone to do stupid things. Ask Gregory Gall. I'm sure he can fill you in on all the details of temporary stupidity!
