BlainThePain Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 He tied the record today for consecutive passer ratings over 100. I think the record is 8. It would be sweet to see Palmer break the record against the Steelers. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 gonna be hard to beat it vs steelers but he can do it Quote
San Antonio Bengal Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 Rating today was 121. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 seems like his 4-1 wont be a problem Quote
buck3y3d Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 It's 9 games, but what a year for Palmer. He had a near interception today, but otherwise made outstanding reads. Nevertheless, can we get rid of the out play to Jeremi Johnson unless it's first and goal. This play is terrible. It has 2 results, loss of yards or incomplete. Quote
membengal Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 I marvel at Palmer, I really do. Completely in control of the field, getting guys where they are supposed to be, and, on the rare occasions the ball does not hit a receiver in the numbers, I am shocked.9 straight games with a passers rating over 100. unreal. Simply unreal. He is a special, special quarterback. One blitz pick-up from being 6-0 at this point, apparently Henry had just come open last Sunday night when the pocket collapsed. If they can just figure out how to convert a 3rd or 4th and 1, I can resume breathing during games... Stripes Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 Palmer is on pace for about 33 TDs and about 6 INTs. Someone get him some tickets to Hawaii. Quote
