Absolutely unbelievable. Carson not protecting the ball.

Two positives can come of this.

It was a learning experience for Carson. I hope.

Pollack had no penalties all game.

Dammit. I could just feel the drive coming together.

Chirs Perry is getting better on the blitz pick up but not good enough on the fumble. Perry had a helluva game, though.

Bengals got a little greedy IMO. A couple runs there w/ so much time left on the clock woulda worked. Play for the win on the road and all, but they need to let that into their thinking on the next close game. That and whether or not to punt on a 4th and less than one.

Time to lick some wounds and go 4-1 to the next game.

This stings but we gotta get ready for next week take it to the Titans for last year. Man sucks that it was all down to the last drive but still we have a good team here still. Lets take it to them next week.

Wow, that sucked. I'm still not gonna get down on this team though. With all the injuries that we had going into this game, we stuck with the Jags. And we just about had it. Carson made a stupid, STUPID mistake. But, our defense was also giving up the run all day long. This is a team loss. And we need to learn from it, forget about it, and move on. We got the Titans next week, we cant let this loss get us down or we'll lose another one. We're 4-1, not the end of the world. We'll still be here next week, and we'll take down the Titans.

Alright, so it's a tough loss. Definitely stings.

BUT...isn't it nice to go through a hard loss, but still be 4-1?

Let's take care of business next week in TN. It'll be a huge game. It'll give us a chance to see how this teams comes back from a hard loss against a team that we should beat.

I think I can live with being 5-1 :)

I know Palmer gave the game away at the end, but if our defense played better it wouldn't have mattered. We could have, SHOULD HAVE won that one.

Welcome to last year.

Skyline,

I couldnt agree more. Next week will see what type of heart and soul this team has, all indications are that they will get back in there and take it to the titans. Hopefully this is a wakeup call for all the flags, though

Big difference between this Bengals team rolling into Nashville this year from last...Not just the difference between the 4-1 and 2-4 record either.

Still, Fisher lives for this kind of sh*t in the aftermath of Titans cap meltdown. It won't be easy business to beat that bastage and his team. They knocked the crud outta the Texans in Houston today...even Jarrett Payton got a TD.

But this loss to Jags ought to give the Bengals nothing but focus.....and some time to heal Housh and Madieu. Gonna hurt Chad down deep not to be able to check a "No" on his list this week even though he got the TD.

Palmer didnt give the game away... It was a great defensive play that some of the best (except maybe Vick with his avoiding abilities) wouldnt have been able to succeed.

Perry didnt give Carson a chance.
