Stripes Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 I know it's kind of early in the season to analyze kickoff performance, but nonetheless, I have been impressed. I was never one to bash Shayne for his kickoff distance, but he is looking better. He is consistently getting the ball to the 5 yard line or farther, and it is showing when the coverage keeps stopping returns inside the 20.Anyone else noticed this possible improvement? Quote
WhoDey93285 Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 Me, I was commenting today to my buddies how much better his kickoffs were than last year. Quote
buck3y3d Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 Not only are the kickoffs good, but the special teams coverage is awesome. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 IMHO Shayne is one of the top three kickers in the NFL. And...he's improving! Kudo's Shayne on your offseason work. It's paying off! Quote

combatbengal Posted September 26, 2005 Report Posted September 26, 2005 He hasn't missed a field goal or extra point in three games! Keep it up Shayne! Quote
