HoosierCat
Theismann & Golic made their picks on espn...both went with the Bengals. Other guys haven't made picks yet.Bengals are the "staff consensus" pick from Pro Football Weekly.Sporting News says Bears with 20-17. John Stofa
Sporting News says Bears with 20-17.In the Sporting News article the writer said the Bears must keep an eye on Kelley Washington. The same Kelley Washington who hasn't caught a single pass in two games, and wasn't even activated for our second game. Nice research there, Sporting News. And these guys are supposed to be "experts"?

Who?
Week 3 Picks Check those picks out, I'm pulling for a Chicago upset but I doubt that's going to happen.
buck3y3d
ESPN Insider said the same thing about Kelly Washington. I know Henry is injured, but i would expect Walter to play before Washington, especially with his games on special teams.
BengalByTheBay
Note that (a) those picks are against the spread (which makes a big difference--hell one of them even took Cleveland due to the 13.5 points) and ( those guys are horrible. For the two weeks only two of them are even better than 50%. You would probably win money doing exactly the opposite of their consensus. Stripes
So far there are five picks in on ESPN.com, and all of them are going our way. The Bears are getting more picks than I expected however, from the otehr panels.

Stripes
I like the HBO picks... None of them have favorable records, and Cris Carter is already 8 games under .500!That is absolutely horrible.
San Antonio Bengal
Five of the ESPN guys are under .500 right now. Usually the only one who consistently remains under .500 is Theisman and that's where he belongs.
HoosierCat
Add in Salisbury, Hoge & Jaws...all pick the Bengals. Others still not it...
BengalszoneBilly
Five of the ESPN guys are under .500 right now. Sweet. It ain't going to improve this weekend. They just picked Chicago to beat us with their defense that stopped the "mighty" Lions. Yeah. I'm shaking my head too.
Stripes
Two more ESPN picks in, Schlereth and Mortensen. They both picked Chicago.
redsfan2
Was listening to the NFL channel on Sirius .......... one of the commentators said he expected the Bears to win by " double digits " ............ The other guy asked him if he was serious or just joking around. Don't know the names of either of them ... but it was obvious that one came to work straight from the bar. S O B had to be drunk
