BengalszoneBilly Posted January 2, 2005 Report Share Posted January 2, 2005 A seven year old boy from Cleveland was at the center of a courtroomdrama Friday morning when he challenged a court ruling over who shouldhave custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt. The boy then complained that his aunt beat him more than his parents and refused to live there.When the judge suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they beat him more than anyone! With no further options available to him, the judge dramatically allowed the boy to choose who should have custody of him. After a brief sidebar between the presiding judge, the boy and his representing attorney, the courtroom was stunned when the judge announced custody was being granted to the NFL Cleveland Browns franchise, as the boy firmly believes that they are not capable of beating anyone!! ..........................*rim shot* Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
