I'm surprised nobody wants to discuss this. Did I miss it in another thread?

I think it's a very smart, move, actually. It's not that Mike Zimmer has ever needed motivation to do his job well, but he's got to be feeling a bit let down after being shafted for a head coaching spot once again. I think working with his son will re-energize him.

Not to mention that Adam has the credentials after coaching on the Saints staff during their Super Bowl win. Solid move all around...

I agree, solid move, though I'm sure it will be dismissed in some corners as just another example of the Bengals' nepotistic ways.

Always good to see the Bengals bolstering the coaching staff.
